Objective To study the current situation of humanistic quality education among residents standardized training students in Sichuan Province and analyze the effect,so as to provide references for the enhancement of humanistic quality education for these students.Methods Five 3A hospitals in Sichuan Province were randomly chosen as the object hospital,and 15 administrators,500 teachers,500 students and 300 patients were included.From the aspects of cognition,opinion and suggestion on humanities quality education,a questionnaire survey was conducted.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze data.Results The humanistic quality education among students in these hospitals were not good.Among students,43.1% believed that humanities quality education received deficient attention,and 71.7% thought that curriculum could not meet the training requirement;among teachers,54.1% thought that teaching ability needed to be strengthened and 60.9% considered that the current teaching conditions and methods were not good enough.Conclusion Effect of humanistic quality education is not good and we suggest solving the problem through improving humanistic management,teachers' construction,humanistic courses and assessment system.

Humanistic quality of medical workers directly affects the quality of medical service and patient satisfaction.In view of patient′s value demand,this paper identified main setbacks in humanistic service in China in the course of medical service.The authors found out the reasons for the lack of humanities quality,and interpreted medical humanistic spirit,medical professional spirit,medical ethics and morality,and connotation of medical law culture.On such basis,the paper unveiled the importance of medical humanities accomplishment in medical practice and medical students′training,proposing to promote the concept of humanistic spirit of medicine and the doctor-patient communication skills.

Objective:To investigate the evaluation,recommendations of humanities education among vocational nursing students in order to deepen the reform of vocational nursing education and teaching,and provide reference for strengthening humanities education.Methods:The senior and sophomore students are enrolled in the investigation because they are either becoming graduates or intern nurses into clinical practice.A self-designed questionnaire survey is carried out on their recognition and attitude towards humanities curriculum,the setting up of humanities curriculum,and college humanities education.Results:95.65 percent of vocational nursing students considered it necessary to set up humanities and social sciences courses,since humanities courses play an important role in setting up a good professional ethics of nursing,expanding their knowledge horizon,enhancing their sense of social responsibility,fostering interpersonal communication skills,shaping a sounder personality.However,current teaching faculty and humanities curriculum are not satisfying with a low satisfaction degree of 4.35 percent.Conclusion:The current quality of humanities education for nursing majors is far from satisfaction,and timely reforms are in need to promote its further development.
