@#Objective To analyze the clinical features and prognosis of central pontine myelinolysis. Methods 20 cases with CPM diagnosed in last 10 years were reviewed and compared with those patients of foreign studies. Results 10 patients with hemoptysis were treated with hypophysin, which resulted in severe hyponatremia and osmotic myelinolysis. The main syndrom were dysarthria and dysphagia (secondary to corticobulbar fiber involvement), flaccid quadriparesis (as corticospinal tract involved) which later became spastic. The myelinolysis distrubuted symmetrically along the myelin disruption in the center basal, as well as independently in other brain areas (extrapontine myelinolysis or EPM), including the cerebellar and neocortical white/gray junctional areas, thalamus and striatum. Conclusion Supplement of sodium should be slower and more persistent for hyponatremia, the selection of drugs should be based on the patients' specific conditions.

Objective To evaluate the effect of hypophysin and oxytocin on QT interval of the patients undergoing myomectomy. Methods Forty ASAⅠ-Ⅱ female patients scheduled for laparoscopic operation were enrolled. All patients were randomized into hypophysin or oxytocin group, with 20 patients in each group. The blood pressure, heart rate and QT interval were recorded at following time points: before anesthesia (T_1), before injection of hypophysin or oxytocin (T_2), 2 min (T_3), 5 min (T_4), 10 min (T_5), 20 min (T_6), and 30 min (T_7) after injection of hypophysin or oxytocin. Results The QT interval at 2, 5 and 10 min post injection of hypophysin were significantly longer compared to oxytocin group (P<0.01). No significant changes of QT interval were detected in oxytocin group, though the trend of QT interval prolongation were recorded. Conclusions In hysteromyoma operation, injection of hypophysin could prolong the QT interval of patients.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the hemostasis effect of combination of repilase and nitroglycerine against Emptysis.METHODS:90patients with Emptysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with Reptilase together with nitroglycerine while the control group were treated with conventional hypophysin therapy.RESULTS:The total effective rate of hemostasis against hemoptysis was95.6%in the treatment group,which ex-celled the control group which has a total effective rate of66.7%.No significant adverse effect was found in the treatment group,which had a significant difference(P
