Objective:To build a comprehensive medical, teaching, and research discipline indicators system that is objective and easily accessible in data, and to develop a comprehensive evaluation method, at the same time provide references for discipline evaluation and orientation.Methods:Literature review was used in referring to the evaluation indicators of different ranking systems in China, Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) were applied to identify the indicators and their weight.Results:A comprehensive discipline evaluation indicator system, including 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 41 third-level indicators, were constructed. The Cartesian coordinates allows for specifying the location of the medical, teaching, research level of certain discipline, and the distribution of relevant discipline groups in three-dimensional space.Conclusions:The indicators system for discipline evaluation in this study has the characteristics of refinedness, comprehensiveness, operability, and applicability, providing references for the future evaluation of disciplines.

The concept of "Quality by design" indicates that good design for the whole life cycle of pharmaceutical production enables the drug to meet the expected quality requirements. Aiming at the existing problems of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry, the TCM standardization system was put forward in this paper from the national strategic level, under the guidance by the idea of quality control in international manufacturing industry and with considerations of TCM industry's own characteristics and development status. The connotation of this strategy was to establish five interrelated systems: multi-indicators system based on tri-indicators system, quality standard and specification system of TCM herbal materials and decoction pieces, quality traceability system, data monitoring system based on whole-process quality control, and whole-process quality management system of TCM, and achieve the whole process systematic and scientific study in TCM industry through "top-level design-implement in steps-system integration" workflow. This article analyzed the correlation between the quality standards of all links, established standard operating procedures of each link and whole process, and constructed a high standard overall quality management system for TCM industry chains, in order to provide a demonstration for the establishment of TCM whole-process quality control system and provide systematic reference and basis for standardization strategy in TCM industry.

Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of an established Research Hospital Competitiveness Evaluation System.Methods To evaluate the research competitiveness of 34 tertiary hospitals and their departments in Shanghai using above system.The reliability and validity of the indicator system were analyzed with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and confirmatory factor analysis based on the structural equation model.Results After adjusting for structure of the index system via item parceling, the CFI, MFI, RMSEA AND IFI were 1.000, 1.009, 0.000 and 1.028, the Cronbach's alpha of whole set indicators system was 0.768.Conclusions The results suggested that the measured reliability and validity are both in good degree, survey results can reflect the actual competence of evaluated hospitals.

Objective Establishing the scientific research competitiveness evaluation index system of Shanghai hospitals.Methods Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were applied.Results Thirty-four experts were invited to provide evaluation index and weighted scores.The positive coefficient from two rounds of expert's consultation were 88.24％ and 94％.The expert's opinion of authority coefficient of each indicator's was greater than 0.7.The degrees of coordinative consistency was high.Kendall concordance coefficient was increasing with the increasing of consulting times.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,2 level-one indictors,10 level-two indictors and 47 level-three indictors were confirmed.Conclusions After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,using all objective indicators,an Index System for research competitiveness evaluation in the hospitals in Shanghai has been created and could be used with scientific,objectivity and feasibility.

Objective To build the indicators system for clinical pathway management as required by clinical pathway control.Methods An indicators system was proposed by means of evidence-based review,focus group discussions,and ratings of the indicators' importance by doctors and nurses.A multidisciplinary panel of 60 experts from across the country were selected.A 3-round Delphi survey was made on the proposed indicators.The weights of the indicators were established by analytical hierarchy process (AHP).The response rate,Cronbach's α,and the authority coefficient of experts were used as a measure of reliability.Results The response rates of the 3 rounds were 85％,70％,and 94％; the experts authority coefficient was 0.80.The ccoefficient of variation falls with the rising number of consultations.The Kendall's W ranged from 0.40 to 0.83.Following the 3 rounds,consensus was achieved among experts as such a system comprising three first-level,9 second-level,and 36 third-level indicators.Conclusion The expert consultation has achieved reliable results.The established indicators system can serve as a useful instrument for standardized development of clinical pathways management and constant improvement.

Objective To select the indexes from the related literatures to form an appraising table sheet,and to provide the surveillance of imported dengue fever with a scientific,useful,easy operating and quantified appraising tool.Methods Delphi model was adopted to concentrate the advices of the experts specializing in the field of dengue fever.The engaged experts scaled all of the indexes,and gave the importance value to each index by the importance grade value of 5,3,and 1.Results According to the advices of the experts,9 indexes were eliminated from the 59 given third grade indexes,and 50(84.7%) of them were retained.The experts put the importance of the average weight value of 3.50 to the whole appraising table sheet,3.85 to the first grade indexes,3.56 to the second grade indexes,and 3.44 to the third grade indexes.The harmony coefficient on the indexes system was 0.33(P
