RESUMO

Objective:To explore the development path of improving the intangible assets management, and promoting science and technology transfer of public hospitals.Methods:Analyze and summarize problems and challenges in the identification and disposal of intangible assets related to scientific and technological achievements in the process of technology transfer based on policy research, literature review and practical experience reflection.Results:So far, the identification and measurement norms of intangible assets are not operable enough. Assets evaluation remains controversial and nonstandard.Conclusions:It is recommended to improve the management systems of science and technology transfer and related financial affairs including strengthening the awareness of intangible assets protection, standardizing the management system of intangible assets and optimizing the informatization construction of financial management.

RESUMO

With the improvement of hospital financial system and promotion of fine management,state-owned assets management will focus on effective methods.This study focuses on the main asset management problems faced by hospitals,such as Iowutilization rate of equipment,Unused inventory,andintangible assets protection.It explores the health economics methods such as demand analysis,market strategyanalysis,cost benefit analysis,cost accounting and budget controi in the public hospital asset management application and practice,in order to explore the public hospital asset management scientific method,and improve the efficiency of asset management.

RESUMO

Evaluar el capital intelectual en la Vicedirección General de Investigaciones del Centro de Neurociencias de Cuba. Métodos: para la medición se aplicó una metodología de investigación mixta y como técnicas cuestionarios, entrevistas y el análisis documental. Resultados: se identificó el comportamiento de los elementos evaluados en la herramienta y se ofreció el estimado final del capital intelectual en la Vicedirección. Conclusiones: el capital intelectual en la Vicedirección General de Investigaciones del Centro de Neurociencias de Cuba presenta en general un comportamiento favorable. Evaluate the intellectual capital at the Vicegeneral Direction of Research of the Cuban Neuroscience Center.Methods: measurement was based on a mixed research methodology. The techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and document analysis. Results: a description was made of the elements evaluated with the tool and their behavior. A final estimate was provided of the intellectual capital at the Division. Conclusions: in general terms, intellectual capital at the Research Division of the Cuban Neuroscience Center shows favorable behavior. RESUMO

Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of investment management of hospital intangible assets, so as to provide countermeasures for establishing and optimizing the investment management system of hospital intangible assets. Methods: Taking hospital reputation as an example, we analyzed its role in the investment management of hospital intangible assets and the maintenance of hospital reputation in an economic perspective using Shapiro model and game theory. Results: The factors, such as the blueprint of hospital, efficiency of medical quality information transmission, and cost variance, all influenced the reputation of hospital. Conclusion: In the health care field, stable property right system should be established and market information agents should be cultivated. The administrative actions of involved departments should abide by the related regulation and the running system of hospitals should be optimized.

RESUMO

Este artigo mostra a variação de capital intelectual em organizações públicas envolvidas em empreendimentos government-to-government (G2G). Para tanto, um frame heurístico foi desenvolvido a fim de avaliar o impacto de projetos G2G nos componentes do capital intelectual de agências públicas, isto é, em seus capitais humano, organizacional, de relacionamento e de inovação. Aplicando-se esse frame heurístico a 30 empreendimentos G2G no Brasil, ligando o Banco Central com os tribunais de justiça, detectou-se um impacto positivo no capital intelectual das organizações envolvidas nesses empreendimentos. Além disso, verificou-se que tais empreendimentos G2G influenciaram os componentes do capital intelectual de forma homogênea. A partir daí, o frame foi validado por meio de uma elevada e positiva correlação entre a variação do capital intelectual nas organizações públicas e a percepção de valor dos funcionários envolvidos nesses mesmos empreendimentos. Finalmente, adicionalmente às limitações da pesquisa, algumas conclusões são apresentadas a gestores públicos, practitioners e acadêmicos, para que seja entendido o potencial de uso da teoria do capital intelectual para avaliação de iniciativas de governo eletrônico.

RESUMO

Credit unions have been a key element for recent agri-food industry and rural development. However, whereas there are practical applications implemented in banks, there are rarely empirical studies about this legal form of banking system. Nowadays, the financial crisis is affecting the development of certain industries and territories. Credit unions, as singular financial organizations, have intangible elements with peculiar characteristics. These characteristics must be studied to manage their competitive advantages and provide management with relevant information for decision making. Through the Delphi analysis, this article will identify the singularities of human capital in these entities. The singularities of the credit union sector show that human resources are potentially more determined to adopt a strong corporate culture and invest more in training. On the other hand, main deficits of credit unions will be their aptitudes and lesser capacities, academic level or low investment in training.


Las cooperativas de crédito, como organizaciones singulares en nuestro sistema financiero, poseen unos intangibles de características particulares. Así, los valores de la cooperativa y de sus miembros, la estructuración del capital, las actitudes del personal o sus políticas de selección y de formación les confieren unas características específicas que merecen ser estudiadas para gestionar sus ventajas competitivas y ofrecer a su dirección información relevante para la toma de decisiones. Mediante el análisis Delphi, este trabajo trata de obtener identificar las singularidades del capital humano de estas entidades. Las singularidades del sector cooperativo de crédito muestran unos recursos humanos potencialmente más predispuestos a adoptar una fuerte cultura de empresa y a realizar una mayor inversión en formación. Por el otro lado, los principales déficits de las cooperativas de crédito vendrían derivados de sus aptitudes y de sus menores capacidades, dado su menor nivel académico y su menor inversión en formación.


As cooperativas de crédito, como organizações singulares em nosso sistema financeiro, possuem intangíveis de características particulares. Assim, os valores da cooperativa e de seus membros, a estruturação do capital, as atitudes do pessoal ou suas políticas de seleção e de formação lhes conferem umas características específicas que merecem ser estudadas para gestionar suas vantagens competitivas e oferecer, à sua diretiva, informação relevante para a tomada de decisões. Mediante a análise Delphi, esta comunicação tenta obter e identificar as singularidades do capital humano destas entidades. As singularidades do setor cooperativo de crédito mostram recursos humanos potencialmente mais predispostos em adotar uma forte cultura da empresa e em realizar maior investimento em formação. Por outro lado, os principais déficits das cooperativas de crédito derivar-se-iam de suas aptidões e de suas menores capacidades, devido ao seu menor nível acadêmico e seu menor investimento em formação.
