Consideration on the Intellectual Property Management in Health Sector using Regional Control Mode / 中华医学科研管理杂志

Intellectual property in medical institutions has been getting more attention in research activity.Large general hospitals have made significant achievements in intellectual property,and the management of intellectual property right has also gradually become the norm.This article discussed the possibility to carry out the intellectual property management in the primary health care sector,based on their current status and characteristics,proposed an evaluation system which suitable for the primary health care sector.We described the structure and method of this system,explored a standardized intellectual property management process used in primary health care institutions.

Propuesta de una tecnología para la gestión de la propiedad intelectual en la empresa estatal cubana / Proposal of a technology for the intellectual property management in the cuban state enterprise

La gestión de la propiedad intelectual en las organizaciones adquiere mayor importancia en un entorno económico cada vez más globalizado. El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar una propuesta teórico- metodológica para su gestión en la empresa estatal cubana, compuesta por un modelo conceptual que se materializa a través de procedimientos y de un sistema de indicadores, con cuya aplicación en las empresas seleccionadas se ha logrado el incremento de los signos distintivos protegidos, combinados con registros de derechos de autor, así como la consolidación de carteras de I+D+i y activos de propiedad intelectual que propician el incremento de su capacidad innovadora y el desarrollo tecnológico.

The intellectual property management in organizations becomes more important in an economic environment increasingly globalized. It is our intention through the present paper, to show a theoretical and methodological proposal for the intellectual property management in the Cuban state enterprise, consisting of a conceptual model that is implemented through procedures and a system of indicators, on whose application the selected enterprises, there has been an increase in the distinctive signs protected, combined with records copyright, and the consolidation of portfolios of I+D+i intellectual property assets that promote the increase of its capacity for innovation and technological development.
