RESUMO

This paper presents a design of multifunctional portable automated external defibrillator based on STM32F103VC SCM. The defibrillator mainly realizes the defibrillation and ECG analysis function, and according to the clinical actual need, increases information storage and transmission function, query of local records, the function of synchronous LCD display and voice prompt in the defibrillation process. The device uses the defibrillating electrodes to measure body resistance, ECG and so on. We detailedly researched and achieved the discharge module of biphasic defibrillation apparatus based on the damping of two order discharge circuit, and finished the real-time LCD display and voice prompt modules of defibrillation information based on the control of PIC24FJ256DA210 chip.

RESUMO

Objective To resolve the difficulty in controlling the transfusion speed by medical personnel.Methods By using liquid drop sampling module,pulsing signals of liquid drop were obtained,and then they were enlarged,shaped and the wrong signals from the top and bottom surface of every drop were excluded before the standard triggered signals were sent out to SCM processing circuit,from which the real-time liquid drop speed and the average drop speed in every minute were obtained.Results Anti-interference and portable transfusion-drop counter could show the real-time liquid drop value and the average liquid drop value in every minute.Conclusion Anti-interference and portable transfusion-drop counter is convenient with simple structure and has been used in clinic.

RESUMO

Objective To provide precise data of encephalic pressure of the patients with higher encephalic pressure.Methods Through a hole bored in the proper position on the top of skull,a 1mm vessel,full of physiological saline,was inserted into the ventricle,whose outside was connected with the sensor through a 3-way stop cock.The sensor transformed the pressure into electrical signals and transmitted them to micro-computer C8051F020 for data processing.The value of pressure was then displayed on the LCD.Results Real-time and precise detection could be acquired by this intracranial pressure gage.Conclusion The digital intracranial pressure gage is easy-to-operate,simple and portable.
