Exploration and practice of talent team construction of large instrument technology platform / 中华医学科研管理杂志

Objective:In order to study the necessity of introducing PhD students into the large-scale instrument platform and how to make them play a better role in work through management.Methods:The status of technicians in large-scale instrument and equipment platforms of domestic and foreign universities and scientific research institutions were investigated; combined with the experience of more than 10 years of operation of the technology platform of State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs of Peking University, the analysis was carried out.Results:In recent years, the large-scale instrument platforms of major universities and scientific research institutions have strengthened the introduction of high-level talents and the construction of the team. Maintain the stability of the instrument service staff through management measures such as rank promotion and salary enhancement.Conclusions:High-precision instruments are the foundation of the instrument technology platform, and well-educated talents are the core of the instrument technology platform. Only when more PhD students join the technology platform, can the high-precision instruments and equipment exert their maximum functions and promote scientific research.

Research on SWOT analysis-based construction and strategic discussion on large- scale instruments and equipment sharing service platform in colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine / 中国医学装备

Objective:To improve effectiveness and sustainability of large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platforms in the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) colleges in China.Methods: Inviting SWOT mode to analyze feasibility of the construction of large-scale instruments and equipment platforms, compares both internal and external factors to find out the former’s strengths and weaknesses the latter’s opportunities and challenges.Results: Building large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platforms from a strategic perspective of onset, adjustment, defense and survival.Conclusion: In order to build effective and sustainable large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platforms, TCM colleges should based on the real conditions, cooperating with the successful scientific research platform ,making an effort to obtain the government's support, Innovating management methods, becoming more open to forming a notion of sharing and collaboration, etc.

Objective:According to the existing problems on research instruments management in medical colleges, we proposed the reasonable purchasing and application advices and how to improve the efficiency. Methods: Aiming at the use and management of instruments of teaching and researching in universities, this paper expounds how to reasonably purchase and improve the use efficiency of large-scale instruments. Results:Five suggestions were proposed. Conclusion: To give full play to the investment benefit and its important role of large-scale instruments in the teaching and scientific research.

Research on the management of large-scale instruments in medical schools / 中国医学装备

Objective: To analyze the present situation of the management of large-scale instruments in a medical school and give some reasonable suggestions. Methods: Through the research on the use of 85 large-scale instruments in our university, we tried to find out the methods of improving the utilization ratio of large-scale instruments. Results:There are many reasons of the poor management and low utilization rate of large-scale instruments in medical schools. Conclusion: Taking some measures could effectively improve the utilization rate of large-scale instruments in medical schools, such as simplifying the working procedure, solving the operating and repair expenses, strictly controlling argumentation, drawing up scientific evaluation and incentive measures and so on.
