RESUMO

A clinical information navigation system based on 3D human body model is designed. The system extracts the key information of diagnosis and treatment of patients by searching the historical medical records, and stores the focus information in a predefined structured patient instance. In addition, the rule mapping is established between the patient instance and the three-dimensional human body model, the focus information is visualized on the three-dimensional human body model, and the trend curve can be drawn according to the change of the focus, meanwhile, the key diagnosis and treatment information and the original report reference function are provided. The system can support the analysis, storage and visualization of various types of reports, improve the efficiency of doctors' retrieval of patient information, and reduce the treatment time.

The paper introduces the current status and the problems of servers in the data center of Institute of Medical Information,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,points out the necessity of virtualization in data center,expounds the concept of virtualization and server virtualization technology,then describes the implementation scheme of constructing the server virtualization platform based on VMware vSphere 5.5 products in detail.Finally,the application effect of server virtualization is summarized and the future work is prospected.

RESUMO

Objective:To design and implement equipment malfunctions online service system by using information technology, and to solve the defect of the traditional repair works, which makes traditional off-line repair service way transfer to online service mode, in order to improve the service quality of backup support.Methods: The actual situation of the hospital has been considered in this system. This system is developed by choosing ThinkPHP framework and jQuery technology, and it has set up four user management modes of administrator management, total audit management, department audit management, and common user management. Also the system has many functions: order with the repair personnel, the repair service, the repair progress review, and service statistics, etc.Results:This system effectively improves the work efficiency and management level, and it has a very good application prospect.Conclusion: Through the use of medical information system, the construction of hospital informatization will be promoted, and the clinical will also be better serviced.

RESUMO

Papers on medical information system published in 16 medical journals in 2013 JCR with their IF≥1 were retrieved from Web of Science(2010-2014).Social network analysis and co-word analysis of their high fre-quency key words showed that efficiency of medical information system implementation, acceptance behaviors of medical information system users, mining of medical data, application of medical information system in medical sci-ences, and application of decision support system in medical sciences were the hotspots in papers on medical infor-mation system.The authors pointed out that electronic health records, medical information system management, and application of emerging information technology in medical information system were still the study hotspots in the coming years.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: Hospital information system is evolved toward integration of medical IT(Information Technology) and situation is changing with high speed in the ICT(Information Communication Technology) convergence. RFID/USN(Radio Frequency Identification/Ubiquitous Sensor Network) included IT839 strategy introduced by Ministry of Information and Communication has actively applied to the pilot project and developed elements technologies. RFID is one of the technologies for AIDC(Automatic Identification and Data Capture). It is the core technology to implement automatic processing system. This RFID applications are made of subsystem for patient consultation of delay, automatic reception system by itself. METHODS: This paper implemented RFID server, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) Client program, tag manager program, user's program. In this paper's RFID server, tag system modified patient tag that allocated patient information database server(tag UID, no, name, password) in instant network. Using RFID 13.56MHz Kit, embodies RFID system that makes possible to search and update the tag of database that makes possible to link with PDA client program in medical information system. RESULTS: This paper provides a comprehensive basic review of RFID model in korea and suggests the evolution direction of further advanced RFID application services. In addition, designed and implemented database server's agent program and client program of PDA application that recognized RFID tag and patient data in the ubiquitous environments. This system implemented hospital information system that performed patient data based medical information database environments, and so reduced delay time of requisition, medical treatment, lab. CONCLUSION: The design of RFID application offers reduction delay time of patient medical treatment, medical institution research management system, so there is a improvement of hospital information system in ubiquitous environment. This papers draw a conclusion, there should have working place with RFID tag related to computational system in patient information system. RFID client program displays patient data and PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System). Doctor and officers can modify patient's medical data, search data and receipt medical consultation automatically.

Objective To design an interface system for HIS and the new rural cooperative medical information system,so as to raise the working efficiency,facility the patient to write off the medical costs in time.Methods The interface system was realized by visiting the middle database.Results The system achieved the standard management and improved work efficiency.Conclusion The system runs well in HIS with desirable results.

RESUMO

This paper describes a web-based pulse wave information management system that applies the web solution to the pulse wave extraction and management of the patient's bio-signals. In the oriental medicine, the abnormal arterial pulse wave signals generated from the specific point of body are thought to be related to certain disease conditions of specific internal organs. Therefore, evaluating the pulse wave signals has long been used a major diagnostic means. Numerous studies have been carried out on the development of the pulse wave measuring instruments that c an simply check the one's pulse waves on the radial artery, however, fewer researches have been performed to analyze pulse waves and manage the information in association with the oriental medical information system. Recently, as the usage of instrumental pulse wave analysis is increasing in the practice of the oriental medicine, needs of the pulse wave information management system that can be interfaced with the oriental medical information system are also inc reasing. The web-based pulse wave information management system provides ea sy acc ess, analysis and management of the pulse waves at anywhere one just connects the pulse wave analyser and web browser with the server system and it can also provide the high availability of the pulse wave data. All pulse wave data were easily managed with XML based communication for interchange of the pulse wave data among the existing oriental medicine information systems.

RESUMO

The main purpose of this research is to explore the key factors contributing to the efficiency operation of the medical information system. In order to identify the related factors influencing user attitude and satisfaction of the medical information-related computer operation in hospitals, 6 general hospitals in Daejeon area were selected and investigated. The scale of hospital were divided into the three groups as the number of beds; A(under 200), B(from 300 to 500), and C(over 600). 291 employees from 6 hospitals were surveyed using questionnaires from July 10 to August 10, 2001. All the data were analyzed by SAS package program. Major findings are as in the follwings. The computer operaters of A group were less educated to information system than the other groups. but they communicated better about the operation of medical information-related computer than the other groups. Onthe other hand, the computer operators from the C group had better skill in the accessibility of necessary information. Factors influencing operator attitude were the inter-connection of information with other departments, accuracy of data collection, and velocity of data handling process. Onthe other hand, factors influencing operator satisfaction were the level of communication regarding information requirement, practice of computer education, and evaluation of computerization. In conclusion, in order to increase computer operation which is the most important success factor, the effort such as operator participation, education, connction of information, and evaluation should be made.

RESUMO

Objective To build an architecture for medical information integration based on SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)by analyzing the characters of medical information integration and the integration technology of SOA. Methods Virtual database was built by XML Schema mapping for conform share of medical data based on XML technology. The method and principle of Web Services for medical information were researched and built. Results Medical information systems could uniformly exchange information based on standards of Web Services, and the conform medical information share mode was realized. Conclusion The integration of medical information systems based on SOA not only has the characteristics of loose-coupling and customization agility but also makes information share possible because of conform mode.
