RESUMO

Unhealthy diet, habits and drug abuse cause a variety of liver diseases, including steatohepatitis, liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis and liver cancer, which seriously affect human health. The fabrication of highly simulated cell models in vitro is important in the treatment of liver diseases and drug development. This article summarized the common strategies for the construction of liver pathology models

RESUMO

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Hitherto, the specific pathogenesis of AD has not been clarified and the only 5 anti-AD drugs approved for marketing also have some problems such as obvious side effects and limited efficacy. The ideal disease model is an important tool to explore the etiology and develop new drugs. This paper focuses on the traditional "induced" AD model in vitro. The modeling agents, basic principle, main characteristics and application examples are described, and the research progress of new AD models in vitro in recent years are summarized, in order to provide reference and guidance for researchers to study AD.

RESUMO

0.05),but at 72h,96h,120h after exposure, the absorbance values in carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum group were always significantly higher than those in control group at the same time(P0.05).Conclusions:The model established with a special airtight container and an automatic pneumoperitoneum meter is an ideal one for research about laparoscopy in vitro, and the carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum in this model increases the in vitro growth of human cervical carcinoma cells.
