Innovation plays an important role in the development of the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, whereas financing constraints may restrain the investment activities. Therefore, whether financing constraints may impact the R&D investment of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises is worthy of being studied. Based on a sample of listed A-share firms in traditional Chinese medicine industry from 2009 to 2018 in China, we investigate the relationship between financing constraints and R&D investment. It is found that financing constraints have a significantly negative effect on R&D investment. In addition, the tax incentives may moderate the negative relation between financing constraints and R&D investment. This study highlights the research on stimulation of R&D investment and provides valuable enlightenment to policy makers and regulators.

Objective:To explore the relationship between friendship quality and loneliness and its influent factors like the measuring tool of friendship quality,the participants groups and cultural background. Methods:The studies on the association between the friendship quality and loneliness were collected through the databases of Chi-na National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wan Fang,Wiley Online library,Web of Science,Google Scholar and Duxiu from 1984 to 2014. Meta-analysis was conducted with the use of the CMA2. 0. Estimated value (r)and their 95%confidence interval (95%CI)was calculated to analyze the association between the friendship quality and loneliness from normal subjects except physiological disease (such as autism,etc. ). Results:Totally 46 literatures were met the requirements of meta-analysis with sample size of 19422,including 24 researches With 11846 participants who were from eastern countries,and 22 studies with 7676 western people. There was significant negative correlation of friendship quality and loneliness (r=-0. 28,95%CI:-0. 23--0. 32). The friendship quality measuring tool was able to adjust the relations of friendship quality and loneliness (Q=11. 95,P0. 05 ). Conclusion:It suggests that friendship quality has an influence on lone-liness. Measuring tools and subjects groups effect the relationship friendship quality and loneliness except cultural background.

Objective To explored the moderate effect of perceived organizational support on job burnout-health complaint relationship and job burnout-task performance relationship. Methods Maslach burnout inventory-general survey, the perceived organizational support scale, health complaint scale and task performance scale were used to test 458 teachers in colleges of Armed Police. Results Emotional exhaustion and cynicism were positively related to health complaint (r = 0. 616,0. 4377;P < 0. 01). Emotional exhaustion and cynicism indicated obviously predicted effect on health complaint(β =0.562, P<0. 01;β =0. 144, P<0.05). Reduced personal accomplishment predicted task performance obviously(β = -0.248, P<0.01). Hierarchical multiple regression showed perceived organizational support can regulate the relationship between emotional exhaustion and task per-formance(△R~2 =0.031, P<0.01). Conclusion Job burnout positively predicted health Complaint. The higher the job burnout was, the more seriously the health Complaint. Reduced personal accomplishment negatively predicted task performance. Perceived organizational support had moderate effect on emotional exhaustion and task performance relationship. It relieved the negative effect of emotional exhaustion on task performance.
