RESUMO

Fluid resuscitation has been recognized as a main supportive treatment in the early management of acute pancreatitis. Early fluid resuscitation can alleviate local complications and improve prognosis in patients with AP. However, for severe AP, especially for patients with hemodynamic instability, the treatment strategy under the guidance of reasonable and appropriate liquid evaluation indicators is significantly related to the improvement of prognosis. There is still a lack of high quality clinical research evidence on the evaluation of fluid resuscitation. This paper summarizes the latest progress in the evaluation of early fluid resuscitation in severe AP, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.

RESUMO

Objective: Through researching the quality control parameters detection of neonatal jaundice treatment cases, we can control the quality of treatment cases and preventive maintenance to make sure the therapy to newborn is effective and safe. Methods:Using INCU portable analyzer and BiliBlangket Light MeterII blu-ray irradiation apparatus to respectively test the temperature control parameters and the intensity of blue light phototherapy of the jaundice treatment cases, a lot of research data can be acquired. Results:On the base of researching the quality control parameters detection of neonatal jaundice treatment cases (30 sets in total), we can control the quality of treatment cases smoothly. Through these tests, we can fix the medical equipments which cannot pass the detections. Conclusion:The research on the quality control parameters detection of neonatal jaundice treatment cases makes the preventive maintenance and quality control quick and effective to ensure the treatment effect and safety for the neonatal.

Anaerobic treatment systems are sensitive to the environmental condition changes. Such changes may have influence on the metabolism of the microorganisms responsible for the process stability. The aims of this work were (i) to evaluate the accuracy of methods to determine control parameters volatile fatty acids (VFA) and bicarbonate alkalinity (BA) in samples prepared with concentrations from 50 to 1000 mg/L and, (ii) to verify different procedures of the CO2 removal formed during the acid titration of the samples. From the Tukey statistical test applied to the obtained results it was observed that the Kapp and DiLallo & Albertson methods using sonic equipment to remove CO2 from the liquid presented better results for VFA. The Conductivity, Kapp and Jenkins methods were considered the most reliable for BA determination.
