RESUMO

At present, there are many problems in the nail-fold microcirculation detection devices, such as huge structure, inconvenience to carry. In addition, due to the patient's body shaking, the video is difficult to keep stable in collecting with the device, which brings great difficulties to the doctor's observation. We develop a small image acquisition device for nail-fold microcirculation based on the principle of SDF imaging principle and liquid lenses technology. An annular lighting device is fixed in front of the optical system, and the overall design of the system is based on the characteristics of human fingers. The device is small, easy to carry and conform to the fingertips. It can focus quickly through a controller. It can also achieve high quality images of the nail-fold microcirculation. This study can promote the usage of nail-fold microcirculation device at the bedside. It's an efficient tool for medical workers to observe the microcirculation of patients.

RESUMO

Objective The aim of the study was to observe the features of nail fold microcirculation in systemic sclerosis (SSc) patients and to compare these findings in SSc patients with patients with other connective tissue diseases. Methods Forty patients with SSc and thirty-seven patients with other connective tissue diseases were included in the study and all the patients reported symptoms of Raynaud's phenomenon in the hands were also included.Nail fold capillaroscopy (NFC) was performed and the abnormality of nail fold microcirculation between the two groups were compared. The relations between nail fold capillaroscopic findings and clinicolaboratory parameters in SSc patients were analyzed.Statistical analysis were carried out by t-test and Chi-square.Results The loss of capillaries and dilated and giant capillaries and hemorrhage as well as neoangiogenesis were hallmarks of the scleroderma capillary findings, which could be detected by nail fold capillaroscopy. The abnormalities of nail fold microcirculation in SSc patients were more severe and more specific than those in other connective tissue disease patients. The total scores of nail fold capillaroscopy test were obviously higher in SSc patients with lung or esophagus involvement than those patients without these organ involvement, meanwhile, the total scores of nail fold capillaroscopic findiugs were elevated in SSc patients with anti-Scl70 antibody than those with negative group. Conclusion The nail fold capillaries of patients with SSc have specific abnormalities, and nail fold capill-aroscopy could distinguish between SSc and other connective tissue diseases, therefore it could be used as a promising tool for early detection of patients who may have the potential to develop scleroderma and it is also helpful in assessing disease severity.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the effect of Qingrelifei decoction on hemorrheology and nail bed in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Sixty cases of COPD were divided into 2 groups randomly, the treatment group was 30 cases and the control was 30 cases. The control group was treated with oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, antibiotics, glucocorticosteroid therapy. The treatment group was given Qingrelifei decoction additionally. Indexes of hemorrhelolgy and nail fold microcirculation were detected before and after treatment. Results The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate decreased while hematocrit increased after medication, there were obvious differences in both groups (P

RESUMO

Objective: To observe the effects of Lulutong injection on microcirculation disturbance after burns. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with mild burn were randomly divided into two groups. From the first day after burn, the treatment group received 500 mg Lulutong injection intravenously injected in 5% glucose, once a day for 14 days as a therapeutic course. The control group was treated with 5% glucose. No large amount of solution was infused because the burned patients were mild and no shock was found. Both groups were received anti-infection treatment using 0.6 g of clindamycin. The morphology of nail-fold microcirculation , the state around the nail-fold microcirculation, hemorrheological parameters, changes in coagulation function 3, 7 and 14 days after burn and the side effects of drugs were observed. Results: Compared to the control group, in the treatment group, the arterioles dilated more markedly, the blood flow of micro-vessels became faster, the flowing score of nail-fold microcirculation decreased obviously, the state around the nail-fold microcirculation changed significantly, the total score declined faster, but no obvious changes were found in erythrocyte aggregation index, the number of leukocyte adhesion and coagulation function . There were 2 cases with dizziness. Conclusion: Lulutong injection may improve the microcirculation in patients with burn, and has little side effect.

RESUMO

AIM: To observe the effect of Breviscapin on angina pectoris,EGG as well as nail fold microcirculation and hemorrhelogy in patients with coronary artery disease and angina pectoris. METHODS: Total of 95 patients with angina pectoris were radomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group(54 patients) treated with Breviscapine injection and the control group(41 patients) treated with Compound Dansheninjection, both through intravenous drip. RESULTS: The total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group, and the difference between the two groups was no significant (P

RESUMO

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhengtian Pills on blood-stasis pattern of migraine with hemodynamics and TCD as markers. Methods: 30 patients with blood-stasis pattern of migraine were given drug Zhengtian Pills for a month. The hemodynamic marker, integrating value of nail fold microcirculation and TCD before and after treatment were compared. Results: There were significant differences in hemodynamic marker, integrating value of nail fold microcirculation and TCD between before and after treatment (P
