SEROLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF EB VIRUS SPECIFICITY ANTIBODY FROM 112 CASES OF NAS OPHRYNGEAL CARCINOMA AFTER RADIOTHERAPY / 重庆医科大学学报

The paper reports 112 cases of nasophryngeal carcinoma.Auti EBV VcA-IgA titer was studied to assess prognosis with a follow-up of three years after radiotherapy.The results are as follows. It's difficult to decide recurrence by the increase or the decrease of Anti-EBV VcA-lgA titer. The VcA-lgA liter in the movement observation in three years follow-up of the patients' prognosis was to be decided.If VcA-lgA tiler is≥1:40 there is more recurrence after three years,If VcA-IgA titer is≤1:1.0 the recurrence rate is less
