RESUMO

Objective To discuss intervention effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on pulmonary fibrosis (PF) rats. Methods Totally 144 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:sham-operation group, model group, prednisone group, Buyang Huanwu decoction high-, medium-, low-dose groups, 24 rats in each group. Except for sham-operation group, the rest groups were given injection of BLM via tracheal intubation for the establishment of PF model, while sham-operation group was instilled the same amount of NS. From the second day, all the rats received a gavage by related medicine. Eight rats in each group were killed respectively on day 7, 14 and 28 after intratracheal instillation. The contents of PCⅢ and Ⅳ-C in blood serum of experimental rats were tested by radioimmanoassay method. Results Compared with the sham-operation group, the contents of PCⅢ and Ⅳ-C in blood serum of other groups increased gradually, and that of the model group was the most obvious (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, each medicine group had different decreases in the contents of PCⅢ and Ⅳ-C in blood serum (P<0.01). Compared with the prednisone group, the contents of PCⅢ and Ⅳ-C in blood serum of Buyang Huanwu decoction medium-dose group obviously decreased on the 14th and 28th day (P<0.05), as well as that of Buyang Huanwu decoction low-dose group on the 28th day (P<0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction could effectively reduce proliferation of collagen fibers and excess deposition of ECM in lung tissue of PF, and played an anti-fibrosis effect on lungs.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the effects of complex prescription with the effects of replenishing Qi, activating blood and resolving phlegm on the levels of LN and PC-Ⅲ in BALF and the changes of lung tissue and figure in rat with pulmonary fibrosis. Method The rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by injecting pinyamycin, then the changes of the levels of LN and PC-Ⅲ in every group (TCM group, model group and control group) in 7, 28 days respectively were observed. Result There was obvious pulmonary fibrosis morphologic change. Lung quotient increased clearly, and the levels of LN and PC-Ⅲ in BALF increased obviously in 28 days (P

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effects of high glucose on the proliferation of hepatic stellate cell-T6(HSC-T6) and the expressions of transformation growth factor-?1(TGF-?1),platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) and precollagen Ⅲ(PCⅢ).Methods Based on glucose groups of different concentration,we observed the proliferation of HSC in 30min-16h time period, and used the methods of immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay to measure the expressions of TGF-?1,PDGF and PCⅢ in the supernatant at 48h and 72h.Results In 2-16h time period, the proliferation of HSC was increased stepwise over time in 1500-6000mg/L group, and was more visible in 4500-6000mg/L group. The expressions of TGF-?1 and PDGF increased at 48h,and the expression of PCⅢ in the supernatant increased at 72h in 4500-6000mg/L group compared with that in glucose control and hypertonic control groups. Conclusion High glucose can promote hepatic fibrosis by stimulating the expressions of TGF-?1,PDGF and PCⅢ in HSC-T6.
