RESUMO

Since human society entered the 21st century, the rapid development of medical technology also gave birth to a series of negative effects:medical service technology first, trust crisis of the doctor-patient relation-ship, and medical industry money worship. Especially in recent years, due to the lack of humanistic spirit in medi-cal institutions, the doctor -patient relationship is of the worst state in the history. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the medical humanities education in the construction of hospital culture. Aiming at the problems existing in the current medical industry, this paper expounds the importance of strengthening the humanistic education in the construction of hospital culture.

RESUMO

In this paper, the authors analyzed the current problems in domestic hospital nursing human re-source such as widespread erosion, nursing staff slack and others. From the characteristics of nursing ethics and be-havior dynamic analysis, suggest to establish a focus on the humanities concern nursing ethics culture of the people-oriented, fundamentally effectively motivate nurses, specific include: respecting nurses and ethical personality differences;to establish a trust mechanism for nursing staff;meet the needs of nursing staff learning;to establish a nursing staff self management team, thus improve hospital nursing ethics management work, for the nursing staff to provide a stable and efficient working and living environment.

In light of the emergence and development of the idea of people oriented management, the paper discusses the cultural pathways for people oriented management. People oriented management is a must for the progress of advanced culture; hospital culture is in essence people oriented culture; hospital culture and people oriented management are intrinsically unified; and cultural strength constitutes the hospital's perpetual competitiveness. For this reason, it is imperative to pinpoint the intrinsic demands of hospital culture and people oriented management so as to enhance the hospital's credibility and competitiveness. The following steps can be taken: ①identifying common objectives; ②fostering and upholding the hospital spirit; ③cultivating the idea of people oriented services; ④developing a "learning type" hospital; and ⑤making full use of the human resources on the basis of the "four respects".

Objective To explore proper methods of and environment for people oriented management so as to meet the various new challenges confronting hospitals. Methods The means of retrospection plus the Delphi method and sociological investigations were adopted. Results An exploration was made into the theories and principles to be followed, the means to be adopted and the human environment to be created in implementing people oriented management. Conclusion Hospitals implementing people oriented management and thus achieving maximized benefits in human resources management will be able to enhance their market shares and maintain sustainable development.

The people-oriented view is a universal idea,which holds different manifestations in different domain,and as for medical field manifests as the principle of no injury.There are certain obstacles during the application of no injury principle,including the neglect of the psychological injury,arrogance of the science,and the absence of humanities and psychology knowledge.This paper provides some countermeasure to make a best application of the no injury principle,that is,to stress the patients′ psychological health,eliminate the tyranny idea over patients,and consummate medical knowledge structure.
