Com o intuito de correlacionar Foucault e a psicanálise lacaniana, analisamos parte de seu pensamento final, voltado para as mestrias antigas, e lançamos luz à questão atual da posição do analista. Nosso embasamento consiste principalmente no curso ministrado em 1982, publicado como L'Hermèneutique du Sujet, que se endereça significativamente à discussão da função terapêutica da filosofia - recorte histórico-metodológico que lança Foucault a algumas análises do tempo presente, entre as quais encontramos breves referências à psicanálise. Apesar de pequenas, pensamos que tais menções realizam aberturas importantes para o diálogo entre a filosofia e o campo psicanalítico. Além disso, retomamos secundariamente passagens de outros cursos e conferências da década de 1980, nos quais o filósofo nos oferece ferramentas importantes para pensar o papel e as modalidades históricas da relação dialógica voltada para a cura, ou, em outros termos, para a relação entre o sujeito e a verdade.


In order to correlate Foucault and Lacanian psychoanalysis, we analyze part of his final thought, focused on ancient mastery, and shed light on the current question of the psychoanalyst's position. Our basis consists mainly of the course taught in 1982, published as L'Hermèneutique du Sujet, which significantly addresses the discussion of the therapeutic function of philosophy - a historical-methodological approach that launches Foucault to some analyzes of the present time, among which we find brief references to psychoanalysis. Despite being small, we think that such mentions provide important openings for the dialogue between philosophy and the psychoanalytic field. In addition, we secondarily comment on passages from other courses and conferences from the 1980s, in which the philosopher offers us important tools to think about the role and historical modalities of the dialogical relationship focused on healing, or, in other words, on the relationship between the subject and the truth.


Pour relier Foucault et la psychanalyse lacanienne, nous analysons une partie de sa pensée finale, centrée sur les maîtrises antiques, et nous passons la question actuelle de la position de l'analyste. Notre base est constituée principalement du cours enseigné en 1982, publié sous le titre L'Hermèneutique du Sujet, qui aborde de manière significative la discussion de la fonction thérapeutique de la philosophie - une approche historico-méthodologique qui lance Foucault à certaines analyses du temps présent, parmi lesquelles nous trouver de brèves références à la psychanalyse. Malgré leur petite taille, nous pensons que de telles mentions offrent des ouvertures importantes pour le dialogue entre la philosophie et le champ psychanalytique. De plus, nous reprenons secondairement des passages d'autres cours et conférences des années 1980, dans lesquels le philosophe nous offre des outils importants pour penser le rôle et les modalités historiques de la relation dialogique centrée sur la guérison, ou, en d'autres termes, sur la relation entre le sujet et la vérité.

Introducción: La formación del capital humano en salud y, por tanto, la del médico no están estructuradas sobre la base de competencias profesionales, a pesar de su importancia en la educación del hombre y estar contempladas en el propósito básico de la carrera de Medicina. Objetivo: Exponer mediante análisis crítico las potencialidades del diseño curricular basado en competencias profesionales desde las asignaturas de Propedéutica Clínica y Medicina Interna en la carrera de Medicina. Desarrollo: Se aborda cómo el proceso de formación del pregrado requiere redimensionamiento y perfeccionamiento curricular, con mayor aproximación al objeto de la profesión, a través de la formación por competencias. Además, cómo aprovechar la educación en el trabajo en Propedéutica Clínica y Medicina Interna, esenciales y rectoras, mediante el pase de visita y la discusión diagnóstica, que constituyen ambientes inapreciables para desarrollar la formación por competencias, donde el método clínico tiene su cimiento más sólido. De manera que la formación por competencias se convierta en instrumento esencial para el perfeccionamiento en el campo educacional y represente una propuesta útil avalada por prestigiosos organismos internacionales, que urge generalizar en pos del mejoramiento continuo de la educación. Conclusiones: La estructuración de un plan de estudio basado en competencias profesionales puede respaldar resultados formativos superiores, para lograr un egresado universitario más preparado, trascendente y comprometido con la sociedad, que sea capaz de cumplir mejor el encargo social del sistema de salud cubano(AU)


Introduction: The formation of human resources in health and, subsequently, that of the physician are not structured on the basis of professional competences, despite their importance in the education of human beings and the fact that they are included in the basic purpose of the medical major. Objective: To expose, through critical analysis, the potentialities of the curricular design based on professional competences with respect to the subjects of Clinical Propaedeutic and Internal Medicine in the medical major. Development: This work addresses how the undergraduate training process requires redimensioning and improvement of its curricular design, with greater approximation to the object of the profession, through competence-based training. In addition, it addresses how to take advantage of education at work in the subjects of Clinical Propaedeutic and Internal Medicine, as far as they are both essential and guiding, by means of patients' visits and diagnostic discussions as invaluable settings for developing competence-based training, where the clinical method has its most solid foundation. Thus, competence-based training becomes an essential instrument for improvement in the educational field and represents a useful proposal endorsed by prestigious international organizations, which urgently needs to be generalized for the continuous improvement of education. Conclusions: The structuring of a study plan based on professional competences can support superior training outcomes, in view of achieving a more prepared university graduate, with a transcendent performance and committed to society, who is able to fulfill better the social task of the Cuban health system(AU)

Este estudo se insere em um grande eixo que busca descrever as condições subjetivas fundamentais para que haja qualquer educação. Por meio da psicanálise, tomou-se os conceitos de ensino e transmissão como operadores para compreender questões subjacentes aos processos de educar. Para tanto, realizou-se grupos focais com professores e alunos do ensino superior. Analisou-se os dados por meio da Análise de Similitude, possibilitada pelo IRaMuTeQ. Mostra-se que a transmissão, no contexto educacional, é marcada por encontros evanescentes e imprevisíveis entre alunos e professores, sujeitos em trânsito. Cabe a cada sujeito encontrar o modo mais singular de fazer algo com os saberes transmitidos, reescrevendo-os em letra própria e constituírem seu estilo


Este estudio es parte de un eje mayor que busca describir las condiciones subjetivas fundamentales para cualquier educación. A través del psicoanálisis, los conceptos de enseñanza y transmisión se tomaron como operadores para comprender las cuestiones subyacentes a los procesos de educar. Se realizaron grupos focales con docentes y estudiantes de educación superior. Los datos se analizaron mediante el análisis de similitud, hecho posible por IRaMuTeQ. Se muestra que la transmisión, en el contexto educativo, está marcada por encuentros evanescentes e impredecibles entre alumnos y docentes, sujetos en tránsito. Depende de cada sujeto encontrar la forma más singular de hacer algo con los conocimientos transmitidos, reescribiéndolo en su propia letra y constituyendo su estilo


This study is part of a major axis that seeks to describe the fundamental subjective conditions for any education. Through psychoanalysis, the concepts of teaching and transmission were taken as operators to understand issues underlying the processes of educating. Focus groups were held with higher education teachers and students. The data was analyzed using the Similitude Analysis, made possible by IRaMuTeQ. It is shown that transmission, in the educational context, is marked by evanescent and unpredictable encounters between students and teachers, subjects in transit. It is up to each subject to find the most unique way of doing something with the knowledge transmitted, rewriting them in their own letter and constituting their style


Cette étude s'inscrit dans un axe majeur qui cherche à décrire les conditions subjectives fondamentales de toute éducation. A travers la psychanalyse, les concepts d'enseignement et de transmission ont été pris comme opérateurs pour comprendre les enjeux sous-jacents aux processus éducatifs. Des groupes de discussion ont été organisés avec des enseignants et des étudiants de l'enseignement supérieur. Les données ont été analysées à l'aide de l'analyse de similitude, rendue possible par l'IRaMuTeQ. On montre que la transmission, dans le contexte éducatif, est marquée par des rencontres évanescentes et imprévisibles entre élèves et enseignants, sujets en transit. Il appartient à chaque sujet de trouver la manière la plus unique de faire quelque chose avec les connaissances transmises, de les réécrire dans sa propre lettre et de constituer son style

El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar la evolución del desempeño analítico en la determinación de hierro sérico, de los laboratorios participantes del Sub- Programa PEEC-Hematología (PEEC-H) del Programa de Evaluación Externa de Calidad Prof. Dr. Daniel Mazziotta de la Fundación Bioquímica Argentina, mediante el análisis de los resultados de ferremia en 6 encuestas (E) realizadas en los meses de julio entre los años 2010 y 2015 (E 77, 81, 85, 89, 93 y 97). Hasta el 2011 se utilizaban métodos con y sin desproteinización, siendo estos últimos los más utilizados (94%). En 2015 en la red de laboratorios se emplearon solamente métodos directos sin desproteinización, siendo los colorimétricos los más utilizados (aproximadamente 95%). El Desvío Relativo Porcentual aceptable (DRPa) fue de ±10% en todas las encuestas analizadas. El 56% de los laboratorios tuvieron un desempeño promedio aceptable en las E 77, 81 y 85, evolucionando 3 años después, a 70% en las E 89, 93 y 97. Según estas consideraciones, al presente no es necesario ajustar el DRPa para el analito hierro, ya que con este valor los laboratorios aún deben trabajar para lograr una mejoría en su desempeño.


The aim of this work was to evaluate the evolution of the analytical performance of serum iron determination by the laboratories participating in the Sub- Program PEEC-Hematology (PEEC-H) EQAS Program Prof. Dr. Daniel Mazziotta of the Argentine Biochemical Foundation. To this end, results of serum iron determinations from July 2010 to July 2015 (surveys #77, 81, 85, 89, 93 and 97) were used. Up to 2011, there were methods both with and without deproteinization, the latter being the most used (94%). In 2015, only one commercial method without deproteinization was used, with colorimetric methods employed in 95% of the cases. In all the surveys analyzed, the acceptable DRP was ±10%. In surveys 77, 81 and 85, 56% of the laboratories had an acceptable performance percentage, and it evolved to a 70% in the surveys 89, 93 and 97, three years later. According to these considerations, there is no need to adjust the acceptable DRP for the iron analyte. In this way, laboratories will continue to work in order to improve their performance.


O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar a evolução do desempenho analítico na determinação de ferro sérico, dos laboratórios participantes no Sub-Programa PEEC-Hematologia (PEEC-H) do Programa de Avaliação Externa de Qualidade Prof. Dr. Daniel Mazziotta da Fundación Bioquímica Argentina, através da análise dos resultados de ferremia em 6 pesquisas de opinião (E) realizadas nos meses de julho entre os anos 2010 a 2015 (Pesquisa No. 77, 81, 85, 89, 93 e 97). Até 2011 eram empregados métodos com e sem desproteinização, sendo os colorimétricos os mais utilizados (aproximadamente 95%). O Desvio Relativo Percentual aceitável (DRPa) foi de ±10% em todas as pesquisas analisadas. 56% dos laboratórios tiveram desempenho médio aceitável nas pesquisas 77, 81 e 85, progredindo para 70% nas pesquisas de 89,93 e 97, 3 anos mais tarde. De acordo com estas considerações, hoje não é necessário ajustar o DRPa para o analito ferro, visto que com esse valor os laboratórios ainda devem trabalhar para alcançar uma melhoria no seu desempenho.

Desde 1947 se inició el tratamiento específico de la tuberculosis que adquirió un valor inusitado, dado que el mismo modificó en el mundo entero el curso de la enfermedad tuberculosa. Roentgen desde 1895 nos mostró su ubicación en el pulmón, pero fue el laboratorio que permitió su diagnóstico y tratamiento, sucesivamente modificado con el transcurrir de los años. Abel Cetrángolo, como quien fuera su maestro y padrino de tesis, Andrés Arena entre nosotros, logró caracterizar al bacilo de Koch y en esa misma tesis nos enseñó el valor diagnóstico del contenido gástrico. Se distinguió por la seriedad de sus trabajos científicos tanto en Córdoba en la escuela de Gumersindo Sayago como en la Cátedra de Patología y Clínica de la Tuberculosis con la conducción de Raúl F Vaccarezza; fue un verdadero maestro para sus discípulos sentando bases valederas en sus conclusiones. Todo jefe de servicio debe trascender por lo que dejacientíficamente, pero también en la formación de médicos que puedan continuar en la profesión desde el punto de vista asistencial y docente con el ejemplo que él les legó.


Since 1947 the specific treatment of tuberculosis acquired an unused value, since it changed over the world the course of tuberculosis. Roentgen from 1895 showed us its location in the lung, but it was the laboratory that allowed its diagnosis and treatment, successively modified with the passing of the years. Abel Cetrángolo, and his former teacher and thesis godfather Andrés Arena among us, characterized the Koch bacillus and in that same thesis reinforced the value of gastric content. It was distinguished by the seriousness of his scientific works, both in Córdoba in Gumersido Sayago school and in the Department of Pathology and Clinical Tuberculosis headed by Raul F Vaccarezza, was a true master for his disciples sitting valid bases of conclusions. All service manager must transcend so scientifically leaves, but also in the training of doctors that can continue in the profession from the point of view clinical and teaching by example that he bequeathed them.

In present Japan, the consent to insurance for acupuncture & moxibustion is limited on neuralgia & rheumatism. But acupuncture & moxibustion are useful for many internal diseases (visceral, systemic), such as WHO indication note on acupuncture and NIH declaration of consensus to acupuncture.<BR>Tracing to the history of acupuncture, since old china country of acupuncture origin, “core doctrine in Yellow emperor's school” and also after diffusion to Japan, acupuncture and moxibustion had been used many kinds of internal disease.<BR>In modern Japan, my teacher B.Shirota published enormous case reports of acupuncture and moxibustion.<BR>In modern western countries, prof W.Osler, great physician, had adopted acupuncture in his textbook of medicine.<BR>In Japan prof. K.Miura, scholar of internal medicine, Tokyo University, performed the special lecture on acupuncture in second assembly of Japan medical congress. Then he had indicated the anesthesia effect of acupuncture already.<BR>In 1960 prof. Y.Oshima, physical therapy of internal medicine, Tokyo University, spoke the fundamental study of acupuncture and moxibustion at this congress and reported the clinical study of acupuncture at Journal of Japan medical association. <BR>About future's subject, 1) Inspections of acupuncture effect with RCT and Genome analysis are necessary on every internal disease and writing the properties of treatment points and method. 2) I hope the objective expression on finding of body surface with instruments, and soon.

Objective To evaluate the influence of Jinsanzhen therapy (A 3-point acupuncture method created by prof.JIN) on the motor function and activities of daily life of the apoplectic hemiplegia patients.Methods Totally 135 apoplectic hemiplegia patients were randomized into three groups:Jinsanzhen group,Rehabilitation group,and Jinsanzhen plus rehabilitation group,with 45 cases in each.The degree of hemiplegia motor function and activities of daily life of the patients was assessed with Fugl-Meyer assessment (FM) and Barthel index before,14 and 28 days after treatment.Results After 14 and 28 days' treatment,the FM value and Barthel index score of all the three groups are significantly increased (P
