@#Abstract: Objective - To analyze the allocation of occupational health professionals in prefecture level cities of Guangdong Methods -one - Province. Twenty occupational disease prevention and control institutions in 21 prefecture level cities in Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects using the typical sampling method. The relevant information of , , , - occupational health professionals and technicians was collected and the distribution of regions types of institutions full time - , Results and part time jobs education level and professional titles were analyzed. There are 1 394 occupational health - - professionals in 21 prefecture level occupational disease prevention and control institutions in Guangdong Province. Full time - , and part time workers accounted for 55.9% and 44.1% respectively. The professional and technical personnel mainly ( ) concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region 63.3% and occupational disease prevention and control hospitals/institutes ( ), ( ) ( ) 82.4% with bachelor degree 63.7% and intermediate title 44.3% . The occupational health professionals with Conclusion postgraduates and above and senior titles were mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region. Among the - , - occupational health professionals in prefecture level cities of Guangdong Province part time workers account for a high , , proportion and there are problems of uneven distribution of regions education level and titles. It is suggested to introduce , measures to encourage complementary support for occupational health technicians innovate the training system of occupational , , health professionals ensure the fairness of the distribution of human resources and improve even allocation of occupational health professionals.

Objective@#To investigate the current basic situation of the staff of ultrasound departments in Shanghai′s medical institutions, for providing references in making management policy of these professionals.@*Methods@#Questionnaire surveys on human resource and service ability were made to all the ultrasound departments of medical institutions in Shanghai in December 2013 and November 2018 respectively. Data of the two surveys were compared and analyzed, and were descriptively analyzed by mean and percentage.@*Results@#The number of ultrasound professionals per 10 000 people in Shanghai was 1.04 in 2018. Tertiary hospitals had advantages in the number of the professionals, and the proportion of professional qualification, age, education background and professional title of the professionals. Compared to those data in 2013, the number of ultrasound professionals had increased 31.8% in 2018. The proportion of medical practitioners with medical imaging specialty was 95.6%(2 063/2 158), and had increased by 4.7 percent. The medical services workload of ultrasound was 19.82 million person-time, and had increased 45.8%.@*Conclusions@#Development of ultrasound departments was rapid, but the development of professionals was unbalanced with the development of medical services. It is suggested to strengthen training of ultrasound professionals and improve the system of hierarchical medical system.

Objective To analyze the structure and grow th trend of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) senior professional and technical personnel in Chongqing from 2001 to 2010 ,and to put forward a proposal on feasible countermeasures of TCM senior pro-fessional and technical personnel development of Chongqing .Methods Literature review of statistical yearbook of ministry of health ,state administration of traditional Chinese Medicine and expert counseling methods were used to analyze the structure and grow th trend of TCM senior professional and technical personnel in Chongqing from 2001 to 2010 .Results From 2001 to 2010 ,the structure of TCM senior professional and technical personnel in secondary senior position accounted for 85 .42% .which with bache-lor degree accounted for 94 .04% ,the growth rate of highly educated professional and technical personnel(15 .13% ) was high than the integral level(12 .25% ) ,but still had low proportion(16 .36% ) .Conclusion A serious lack of master and doctor or senior title of Chongqing TCM professional and technical personnel is not proved ,and the growth slows down in recent years .
