RESUMO
Este artigo objetiva analisar, a partir dos profissionais de Psicologia, o suporte organizacional disponibilizado pelos Centros de Referência Especializada de Assistência Social (CREAS) regionais do Estado da Paraíba para o desempenho das atividades desses profissionais no enfrentamento da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes. Participaram onze profissionais. Recorreu-se a entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas de forma individual. A análise dos dados se deu com apoio do software Alceste, por meio da Análise Hierárquica Descendente. A partir das classes apresentadas pelo Dendograma, os dados obtidos versaram sobre a falta de infraestrutura do CREAS, de suporte à equipe e a necessidade de um prédio próprio para o CREAS, de troca de experiência nas capacitações, bem como de suporte organizacional oferecido pelo CREAS à atuação do profissional de Psicologia. Dentre os resultados, identifica-se que o suporte não existe ou é insuficiente, assim como são insuficientes a capacitação ofertada pelo Estado, a formação acadêmica voltada para políticas públicas e a garantia de direitos das crianças e adolescentes...
The objective of this article is to analyze, from a professional of Psychology perspective, the organizational support offered by the regional Specialized Reference Centers for Social Assistance in the State of Paraíba, Brazil, to the activities performed by these professionals in the fight against sexual violence on children and teenagers. Eleven professionals were interviewed, and the interviews followed an individual semi-structured format. The analysis of the data was made using the Alceste software, through a descending hierarchical analysis. The data obtained from the classes given by the Dendrogram pertained to the following aspects: the lack of infrastructure of the CREAS and support to professionals; the need of a building belonging to CREAS; exchange of experiences during training; and organizational support offered by CREAS for the psychologist's practice.
