RESUMO
Este artigo busca analisar o aspecto mais cruel do fenômeno Bolsonaro, legitimado pela população: a indiferença ao genocídio impetrado à população mais pobre do país, por meio ao descaso do governo em tomar medidas que pudessem atenuar a pandemia. Por meio da análise da desilusão que essa indiferença revelou, tenta-se mostrar as três figuras do ressentimento manifestas no apoio e nas ações do governante: a de um severo supereu moralista; a da psicologia das massas, isto é, do ódio ao diferente, acirrado pelo racismo; e, por fim, da submissão incondicional e auto-sacrifício. Três figuras constituintes da psicologia dos filhos da horda primitiva, descritas por Freud em Visão geral das neuroses de transferência. A questão principal abordada no artigo, no entanto, é a relação da indiferença ao genocídio e o racismo brasileiro, compreendido em sua dimensão estrutural, histórica e atual.
This article seeks to analyze the most cruel aspect of the Bolsonaro phenomenon, legitimized by the population: indifference to genocide imposed on the poorest population in the country, through the government's neglect to take steps that could mitigate the pandemic. Through the analysis of the disillusion that this indifference revealed, we try to show the three figures of resentment manifested in the government's support and actions: a severe moralist superego; the psychology of the masses, that is, the hatred of different, intensified by racism; and, finally, unconditional submission and self-sacrifice. Three constituent figures of the children's psychology on the primitive horde, described by Freud in Overview of transference neuroses. The main issue addressed in the article, however, is the relationship of indifference to genocide and Brazilian racism, understood in its structural, historical and current dimension.

Servimo-nos de uma crônica de Clarice Lispector, "Os segredos" (1973), para encontrar uma moldura em cujo interior possamos inaugurar uma reflexão pessoal sobre a clínica psicanalítica na cultura que privilegia a instantaneidade da comunicação eletrônica. E trazemos do texto de Freud, Psicologia das massas e análise do ego (1921), algumas ideias para a nossa reflexão sobre o estado de coisas em nossa contemporaneidade. Vinhetas clínicas, filmes e experiências pessoais oferecem o material para a problematização psicanalítica.
The author uses a chronicle of Clarice Lispector, "Os segredos" [The secrets] (1973) in order to meet a frame inside which he begins a personal reflection on the psychoanalytical clinic in a culture that privileges the instantaneity of the electronic communication. And he brings some ideas from Freud's Mass psychology and the analysis of the ego to his reflection on the state of affairs in our contemporaneity. Clinical vignettes, films and personal experiences offer the material to the psychoanalytical inquiry.

O autor interroga a relação entre o desastre totalitário e a psicanálise. Será que a psicanálise, os psicanalistas, tem algo pertinente a dizer acerca da barbárie? Esta não é uma dimensão que estaria fora do nosso campo? Será que podemos afirmar que o desastre que sobreveio na cultura não teria tido senão pouca ou nenhuma consequência sobre nossa "teoria", nossas "práticas", nossa "arte"? Não é incrível que demos seguimento à tarefa psicanalítica como se a onda da irrupção do terror e da barbárie na cultura não tivesse abalado as quatro paredes de nossos consultórios? Estas são perguntas que este artigo enfrenta e que levam o autor a se voltar sobre a questão dos estados limites a partir de sua reflexão acerca dos efeitos psíquicos duradouros do totalitarismo.
Malaise in civilization and totalitarian disaster. The author cross-examines the relationship between psychoanalysis and totalitarian disaster. Does psychoanalysis, psychoanalysts, have something relevant to say about the barbarism? Isn't this a dimension which is beyond our field? Can we say that the disaster that befell the culture would not have had but little or no consequence on our "theory", our "practice" our "art"? Isn't it amazing that we follow the psychoanalytic task as if the wave of eruption of terror and barbarism in culture had not shaken the four walls of our offices? These are questions which this article is facing, and leading the author to get back on the issue of borderline states since his reflection on the lasting psychological effects of totalitarianism.
