RESUMO

A land plot is part of the earth's surface, the boundaries of which are defined in accordance with federal laws. Currently, there are two methods of providing land plots for a recreation zone: without the prior agreement of the object location and with the preliminary agreement of the object location. The paper analyzes the regulatory and legal acts of the Russian Federation governing land relations. The purpose of the work is to study the process of providing land plots. The object of the study is a land plot provided for the placement of recreational facilities. The subject of the study is the system of normative legal documents regulating land relations. In this paper, the author considers the procedure for the provision of land plots for a recreational zone with a preliminary agreement on the location of the object by the example of a land plot requested for the development of a forest park. Compliance with legal requirements and substantive rules of law is largely determined by the regulation of the process of their application, that is, the fulfillment of procedural provisions. In general, the procedure for allocation of land plots and the rights to them in the land legislation is provided in sufficient detail. Since a public authority is one of the parties in the relationship on the provision of land plots, and a land plot, that is, a specifically valuable form of real estate, is the object thereof, both provisional procedures (with the object location agreement and without it) consist of a number of stages regulated in detail by the land legislation.

The way neighborhoods are designed can have enormous potential for encouraging physical activity. The aim of this study was to explore the recreational spaces available in peripheral neighborhoods of the city of Cordoba, Argentina, and determine the frequency with which children attending local public primary schools use them for physical activity. In 2011, parents answered self-administered questionnaires in which they reported their proximity to those spaces, the frequency with which children use them for physical activity, the sex of their child and the educational level of the mother. We found that places closer to the home were used more frequently by children for physical activity. Differences by the child's sex and the mother's educational level were observed. The results show the importance of these areas as resources for children's physical activity as well as the social inequalities that exist in access to these spaces.

Objective. To identify the presence of parasites with zoonotic potential in major parks in the city of Tunja, Boyacá. Materials and methods. Twenty eight parks in the city were selected, where 124 samples of feces of dogs and soil were collected with the help of a spatula, gathering approximately 150 g per sample. They were processed by the method of concentration of Ritchie modified making the identification of parasitic forms in an optical microscope. Results. A 60.7% of the parks were positive to nematodes in samples of canine fecal material and 100% on soil. Found nematodes were eggs and larvae of Toxocara spp., Ancylostoma spp., Trichuris vulpis and Strongiloides spp. Conclusion. This study demonstrated the potential risk of transmission of zoonoses caused by nematodes in canines and for the need to strengthen public health measures to reduce the risk shows the population exposed to such zoonoses.
