RESUMO

AIM: To investigate clinical effects of local resection of eyelid tumors and pathological examination or frozen section examination as well as the stage I recovery. METHODS: For all 92 cases 92 eyes of eyelid tumor patients who underwent local resection, reconstruction in stage Ⅰ and routine pathological examination ( 37 cases of suspected malignant tumors using frozen section examination. If it was malignant, excision by Moths surgery) . Using free palate mucosa autograft in stage I or reconstruction by Hughes surgery combined with eye flaps repaired eyelid defects. RESULTS: The postoperative pathological diagnosis:52 cases were benign tumors, and 40 cases malignant tumors. All cases of eye flaps and hard palate mucosa grafts were survived. Followed up for more than 6mo, no tumor were recurred. The appearance and function of eyelid were satisfactory. CONCLUSION: In this group of cases, nearly half of eyelid tumors are malignant tumors. It should be treated and operated as early as possible. For suspected malignant tumors, we use frozen section examination to confirm its properties in order to excision cleanly in stageⅠ, reducing the recurrence and metastasis. According to the eyelid defect after resection, we could do repair operation in stage Ⅰ. The inner larger defect is repaired by using hard palate mucosa transplantation or Hughes surgery. The outer layer of the eyelid defect is repaired by using eye flap glide, the free flap, the kite flap, the simple suture, etc. It should be careful when using the hard palate mucosa transplantation in the upper eyelid defect.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of improved closed repair operation combined with YiQiZengYe traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for treating the patients with severe rectocele. Methods 60 patients with severe rectocele were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group received the treatment of improved closed repair operation combined with YiQiZengYe TCM,and the patients in control group received the treatment of conventional transvaginal incision repair. The clinical efficacy was evaluated 3 months after surgery. The clinical symptom score, rectocele depth of resting bit and force row, postoperative complications of two groups were comparatively analyzed.Following-up of 6 months after surgery, the postoperative recurrence was observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0%,and was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%) (x2 =10.588,P < 0.05) ; The complication rates of postoperative bleeding, pain, anal bulge and infection in the treatment group were 0 cases,3 cases(10.0%),7 cases(23.3%),1 cases (3.3%),respectively,wich were significantly lower than those of the control group [4 cases (13.3%),23 cases (76.7%),28cases (93.3%),9 cases (3.3 %)] (x2 =4.286,38.400,30.240,7.680,all P < 0.05).There was no postoperative recurrence in the treatment group. Conclusion The improved closed repair operation combined with YiQiZengYe TCM for treating the patients with severe rectocele can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, effectively improve prognosis and prevent recurrence. This treatment method is safe and reliable.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the feasibility of biomedical fibrin glue in laparoscopic treatment of peptic ulcer perforation. Methods A total of 126 patients with peptic ulcer perforation were randomly divided into two groups (63 in each group).Biomedical fibrin glue was used in treatment group, and routine treatment was used in control group. The total volume of drainage after operation, rate of intestnial fistula and adhesions, allergy reaction, time of drainage tube removal, and average hospotal stay time were observed in both groups. Results There was no allergic reaction in treatment group.Total volume of drainage in treatment group was(65.3?7.5)mL,and (110.2?9.6)mL in control group, with a significant difference between the two groups(P
