RESUMO
The information was obtained through the open access channels and organized with free markers.The relations in research and development institutions of foreign military medical equipments were determined by analy-zing thecompetitive opponents .The information platform for research and development institutions of foreign mili-tarymedical equipments was constructed using the MVC design model in combination with Web2.0 technology and community concept of resources according to the B/S structure forthe collection, storage, organization, analysis, sharing and evaluation of military medical information resources .
