The Value Generation of College Students’ Responsibility Ethics in Major Public Emergencies / 中国医学伦理学

The outbreak of major public emergencies is an important practical issue that affects social development and human survival and security. In the face of major public emergencies, college students in the new era must have a strong sense of responsibility and mission. This paper took the formation value of college students’ responsibility ethics as a logical clue, deeply analyzed the subject-object function relationship of college students’ responsibility ethics in major public emergencies, and combined the philosophy of subjectivity to reveal the contradictory connotations of college students’ subjects, that is, the contradictory relationship between spontaneity and consciousness, selfishness and dedication, passivity and initiative, and relyed on the connotation logic of responsibility ethics to promote the sense of responsibility and mission of college students in major public emergencies, so that they can develop to a higher level, thus realizing the ultimate goal of generating the value of responsibility ethics.

Ethical Research on Ecological Health and People’s Health Responsibility from the Perspective of Healthy China / 中国医学伦理学

The Healthy China strategy highlights the country’s high attention to people’s health. People’s health is an important symbol of national prosperity and strength. Ecological health is closely related to people’s health. Ecological health and people’s health should promote and influence each other. Ecological health is the environmental basis of people’s health, and people’s health is the value aim of ecological health. The Party and the state insist on basing on the people and establishing the system of great health and great ecology to establish the relatively stable health value orientation, value paradigm and value pursuit. The three subjects of the state, society and individual need to strive to form a unified consensus on responsibility. In the practical activities of transforming nature, the moral responsibility of the practice subject should be clarified, and the reconciliation between human and nature should be realized, so as to finally achieve the strategic goal of a healthy China.

Based on summing up the mainstream opinion of the reasons of the failure of medical health reform and analyzing typical cases,this article promulgates the following content.The medical health reform' s failure are due to the clinical decision-made in seeking interest and the health policy of exuding the commercialization.The forming mechanism is the two reasons work together.The essence is the medical health service is not suited to people's healthy demand which grows day by day and the level of economic development.This refracts the absentation of the government responsibility ethics,which does not present or work.The basic goal of the medical health service to maxi mize the public benefit,which is the dominant value orientation in the medical health service.Certainly it is also the right orientation of the government responsibility ethics in medical health reform.
