RESUMO
OBJECTIVE:To improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and promote clinical rational drug use. METHODS:3 600 outpatient prescriptions prescribed in our hospital in 2007 were randomly sampled for statistical analysis of the problems manifested in the prescriptions. RESULTS:Of the 3 600 outpatient prescriptions reviewed,3 314(92.06%) were nonstandard; the errors totaled 10 014 cases/ times,of which,4 102 were foreword errors and 5 719 were errors in normal text. The irrational use totaled 193 cases/ times. CONCLUSION:Clinician and pharmacists should attach importance to the learning of pharmaceutical and medical knowledge so as to improve prescription quality.
