Stroke rescue features strong time sensitivity and high complexity. Minimizing the time of consumption in pre-hospital and in-hospital stroke rescue is key to improve stroke rescue efficiency and reduce the disability rate. In December 2017, a tertiary hospital launched the construction of a one-stop stroke rescue platform. This platform was centered on " multi-mode image fusion operating room" , operating as a one-stop rescue mode integrating emergency admission, imaging examination, intravenous thrombolytic therapy, mechanical thrombolytic therapy, postoperative evaluation, and so on. The seamless convergence workflow of pre-hospital, in-hospital and post-hospital could effectively optimize the physical rescue pathway. In order to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the platform, the hospital adopted such measures as multidisciplinary integration, pre-hospital and in-hospital integration construction, and regional stroke care network. Since its operation in September 2019, the platform has treated more than 1 000 patients by December 2021. The application of the platform had effectively improved the efficiency of stroke rescue, led the development of regional stroke rescue system, and provided the reference for raising the stroke rescue capacity and management level in China.

An all-out campaign to save the NCP patients and reduce their mortality is not only one of the key tasks to fight against the epidemic, but also a major responsibility and mission of public hospitals. Objective:To discuss the influence factor of induced radioactivity radiation field of high-energy medical linear accelerator and its safeguard measures.Methods: The simulation test was applied to research the radiation level of the induced radioactivity for high-energy medical linear accelerator; and to research the influences of different factors, such as radiation dose, range of exposure and site of exposure and so on, on the changes of radiation field.Results: The research showed that the high-energy X-ray radiation field strength would increase with the increasing of radiation dose, while reduce with the increasing of radiation time; and the obviously reductive trend appeared after radiated 5minutes. Meanwhile, radiation intensity would reduce with the increasing of irradiated area, but the reductive trend was not totally proportional in accordance with the increasing of irradiated area. Additionally, the head part of linear accelerator could produce the most intensity of radiation field on exposure site, and the farther away the head part of linear accelerator, the intensity the lower; and the reductive trend would increase when the distance exceeded 150cm.Conclusion: The induced radioactive radiation field intensity of high-energy medical linear accelerator has some characteristics of change. The effective safeguard measures were to reduce the work time in equipment room, reduce the adjustment time of patient position and choose reasonable exposure site and dose, and all of these measures can reduce the radiation injury.

Objective: By building database model, to put forward measures to solve the shortage of basic drugs. Methods: There were five factors influencing medicine shortage have been researched, collecting data, using SPSS 18.0 software to build the database model of different parts, and then analyzed the existing problems and inner link, scientifically came up with the basic framework and main solutions of guarantee measures on shortages of essential medicines. Results: The database model of country and six areas in it have been built, and the influence factors of drug shortage in different region have been analyzed, and raised five aspects measures to secure reliable supplies of drugs, including selection, bid and procurement; production and flow; reserve and adjust;pricing and pay;use training. Objective To discuss the experience of medical treatment and rescue of the ‘SHENZHOU' astronauts in the landing place in the past 10 years,and to establish more effective mobile ICU in medical helicopters to ensure ‘SHENJIU' astronauts safety.Methods The data collected from foreign nations and our country was reviewed.Formerly experience in first-aid and rescue astronauts of our team was summerized.The important reasons of accidental injuries of astronaut during aerospace flight were listed.More effective and reasonable prophylactic measurements and clinical treatments of the accidental injuries of astronauts were brought forward.Results we established three effective mobile ICU that could ensure the safety of the astronauts.The carriers of the ICU were helicopters,and damage control surgery can be performed there.Fine armature made us more effective.Conclusions Reasonable and effective prophylactic measurements and clinical treatments were the important aspect of the successful manned aerospace flight.The first-aid system in helicopters could realize the destination of swift response and first-aid.

A review of the main infectious pathogens potentially transmissible to health care professionals during Dentistry and Odonto-Stomatological procedures is carried out, with particular attention focused on parenteral exposure in the dental, stomatological, and surgical environment. Epidemiological issues and specific risk factors are treated systematically based on available literature sources, together with all available, recommended chemo-prophylactic and immune-prophylactic strategies, as updated by the state of the art in this field.

Objective: To construct an appraisal model for joint logistic supply of military medical materials, and to apply it for appraising the efficiency of military medical material supply in a military region. Methods: The appraisal model for join logistic supply of military medical materials was established based on previous research findings, data retrieval, and experts' opinions obtained by survey. The model was used to evaluate the efficiencies in a pilot area for joint logistic supply before and after exercising joint logistic supply (2001-2005). Results: The appraisal model for joint logistic supply of military medical materials was successfully established. The total score of 2001-2005 (GI = 86.410) and each of the secondary indices were obtained by comprehensive scoring index method in a military region. The efficiency scores were obviously increased since the application of joint logistic supply in 2003 (71.873, 73.886, 81.498, 84.560, 86.410). Conclusion: The joint logistics reform promotes the reasonable disposition of medical materials in some military areas and reduces repeated construction; but there are still problems like various working efficiencies of the maintaining persons, delayed renewal of the medical materials, shortness of maintaining fund, etc., which have seriously hampered the coordinated development as a whole.

Intellectual property rights system and its safeguard mechanism are critical and fundamental for intellectual property rights of hospitals, yet few academic studies have been made in this regard. The author defined the content of various intellectual property rights of hospitals, along with discussions and summary for the inner structure of such intellectual property rights. Based on objective analysis of the vulnerabilities causing loss of intellectual property rights of hospitals in China, the author came up with three mechanisms for loss prevention, remedy and development.
