A consulta de enfermagem na assistência a mulheres com história de diabetes gestacional: uma proposta junto ao Programa de Humanização do Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais / The nursing consultation in health care of women with a history of gestational diabetes: a proposal from the Program for the Humanization of Hospital das Clínicas, Federal University of Minas Gerais

Trata-se de um estudo descritivo-exploratório, que tem por objetivo analisar como a consulta de enfermagem tem contribuído para a melhoria do controle glicêmico de mulheres com história de diabetes gestacional e pré-gestacional acompanhadas em um Programa de Assistência à Gestante Diabética, desenvolvido junto ao Hospital das Clínicas da UFMG. Foram analisados 222 formulários de consulta de enfermagem das gestantes com história de diabetes e os mapas de anotação dos dados glicêmicos no período de 2004 a 2008. Os resultados revelaram significativa melhora do controle glicêmico em 70% das gestantes em relação ao início do acompanhamento, em função do caráter educativo e de acompanhamento da consulta, pelo fortalecimento da autono- mia e das ações voltadas para o autocuidado...

This is a descriptive-exploratory study with the aim of analyzing how the nursing consultation has contributed for the improvement of the glycemic control of women with history of gestational and pre-gestational diabetes in a Program of Assistance to Diabetic Pregnant Women, developed at the UFMG Hospital das Clinicas. 222 nursing consultation forms of pregnant women with history of diabetes and the glycemic data record maps in the period from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed. Animação cultural em hospitais: experiências com lazer no programa de humanização da assistência hospitalar no Hospital das Clínicas da UFMG / Cultural activities in hospitals: experiences with leisure in the program of Hospital Care Humanization in the UFMG Hospital das Clínicas

Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar as experiências do Projeto de Extensão Universitária "Animação Cultural em Hospitais", desenvolvido no Ambulatório Borges da Costa do Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (HC/UFMG). O projeto faz parte do Programa de Humanização da Assistência Hospitalar do HC/UFMG desde 2006, apoiado nas diretrizes da Política Nacional de Humanização (PNH). As intervenções são desenvolvidas por acadêmicos dos cursos de Educação Física e Turismo junto a crianças atendidas pela clínica de Hematologia. Com base na animação cultural, a proposta é ampliar e diversificar as possibilidades de vivências de lazer na perspectiva lúdica para as crianças que frequentam o ambiente hospitalar; minimizar a distância entre os sujeitos e os espaços urbanos de interesse turístico; e promover a ressignificação do ambiente hospitalar e da hospitalização, tendo em vista a concretização dos princípios da PNH. Em virtude das intervenções, perceberam-se algumas mudanças nos pacientes e familiares: novos comportamentos e concepções acerca dos espaços, da hospitalização, da humanização, do brincar, do lazer, da infância, da Educação Física e do Turismo...

This article objective is to report the experiences of the University Extension Project "Cultural Activities in Hospitais" / Projeto de Extensão Universitária "Animação Cultural em Hospitais", carried out in the Ambulatório Borges da Costa of Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (HC/UFMG). The project is part of the UFMG Hospital das Clinicas Program of Humanization of Hospital Care since 2006, based on the guidelines of the National Humanization Policies I Política Nacional de Humanização (PNH). The interventions are deoeloped by the Physical Education and Tourism students for the children care by the Clinic of Hematology. Based on the cultural activity, the proposal is to expand and diversity the opportunities of leisure in the ludic perspective for the children in the hospital environment; minimizing the distance between the patients and the tourist interests of urban spaces; and to promote the meaning of the hospital environment and the hospitalization, taking into account the National Public Health principies. Uma experiência de extensão, iniciação científica e de formação humanista de estudantes de medicina: o projeto Abraçarte / Medicine stdents' experience of extension, scientific initiation humanistic formation: the Abraçarte Project

O projeto Abraçarte foi criado em 2001 por estudantes de Medicina e professores da Pediatria e da Medicina Preventiva e Social da UFMG. Tem como referencial teórico e ético a humanização da atenção hospitalar. Seus objetivos são: desenvolver atividades lúdicas e pesquisas sobre a assistência prestada em unidades pediátricas do Hospital das Clínicas e contribuir para a formação humanista do estudante. As brincadeiras são realizadas leito a leito, semanalmente e em grupo nas datas festivas, utilizando recursos das artes cênicas. Resultados mostram que as atividades lúdicas contribuem para quebrar a rotina das crianças hospitalizadas; que as pesquisas introduzem a perspectiva do paciente e seus familiares sobre o atendimento prestado, valorizando a demanda do usuário; e que ambas as atividades possibilitam o contato do estudante com o paciente desde o início do curso, aprimorando a habilidade de escuta cuidadosa de suas demandas. Concluiu-se que o projeto cumpre seus objetivos pelo trabalho voluntário e comprometido de estudantes de Medicina, contando também com o suporte das parcerias institucionais...

The Abraçarte Project was created in 2001 by UFMG Pediatrics and Preventive and Social Medicine students and teachers. The theoretical and ethical reference is the hospital care humanization. The objectives are: to develop ludic activities and researches on the health care in the Hospital das Clinicas pediatric units and to contribute for the student's humanistic formation. The games are performed from bed to bed, weekly and in groups during holi- days, using the resources of performing arts. The Results show that ludic activities contribute to break the routine of the hospitalized children; that the researches present the patients and their tamilies' perspectioe on the health care received, valuing lhe user's demands; and that both activities make possible the contact between the student and lhe patient from the beginning of lhe course, enhancing the careful listening skills towards the demands. The conclusion is that the project accomplishes its purposes by lhe Medicine students' voluntary work and committnent, as well as accounting with lhe institutional partners' support...
