RESUMO

Objective Taking the construction of full-time clinical scientific research team at Peking University Cancer Hospital as an example,explore the effective way to build a scientific research talent team in university affiliated hospitals.Methods To analyze the work of constructing a full-time clinical research team at Peking University Cancer Hospital,summarize the experiences,identify existed problems and make appropriate suggestions from following aspects:the significance of establishing the clinical full-time scientific research team,the formation process and the staged achievements.Results The full-time clinical scientific research team has begun to take shape.The hospital provides a complete career development plan and growth path.In recent years,the full-time clinical scientific research team has made significant progress in paper publication and fund application.Conclusions The establishment of full-time clinical scientific research team has effectively improved the scientific research ability of clinical departments,and has certain reference significance for the construction of talent team in university affiliated hospitals.

RESUMO

Objective To establish a sound and reasonable talent assessment mechanism in the introduction of scientific research talents through the reform of human resources management.Methods Based on the iceberg theory,understand better of the candidates to optimize the matching between personnel and positions.Results We proposed a multi-dimensional assessment system that combines the introduction of talents with tiered assessment of standardized talent rankings,concrete assessment will take into account of the performance and designed tasks.Established talent evaluation criteria are including moral virtues,knowledge,capacity,achievement and contributions to further improve medical ethics,clinical practice,scientific research and education training,public health services,as well as moral characteristics.Conclusions Through innovative administration,the multi-dimensional assessment system could be implemented in the introduction of scientific research talents,according to which different levels of talent will be better matched to avoid "one size fits all" or other problems.The system could also inspire the introduced talents to play a leading role in discipline development,to fulfill the strategy of strengthening hospital with talents,as well as better service for medical health.

RESUMO

Objective This paper mainly introduced the present situation of the local talents at Peking University Health Science Center,and proposed some corresponding suggestions for further development.Methods By using the methods of questionnaire investigation and literature review to acquaint the current situation of the local talents.Results The local talents face greater pressure of living stress,their material well-being needs to be improved,physical and psychological condition is poor,and the relationship with the returned overseas talents needs to be adjusted.Conclusions Several suggestions,such as mainly from the structural reform of local talents incentive mechanisms,the improvement of local talents distribution,the attention of the interests of local talents,the strength of self-construction and the coordinated development with overseas talents to promote the construction of the aspects of local talents.
