RESUMO

With the arrival of SoloMo era and the change of users need, the passive service has changed to active service in libraries in order to increase the use of their resources. After the SoloMo concept was described, the bar-riers in users of medical libraries were investigated with questionnaires, the strategies for SoloMo innovative service and change of traditional service patterns in medical libraries were elaborated in order to provide personal service for the users at anytime and anywhere.

RESUMO

Objective This article is to explore the application of hospital in the new pattern of elderly health care service.Methods It takes 115 elderly who come from elderly health center as respondents , using questionnaire and inter-view, to study their satisfaction with the new pattern of elderly health care service , i.e.the combination of nursing , support and treatment , their living quality , happiness index and monthly average hospitalization expenses before their going to a nurs -ery and after.Results Their satisfactions are greatly increased after going to a nursery .Their living quality and happiness index are also higher when they go to a nursery (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the hospitalization expenses are lower after their going to a nursery (P<0.01).Conclusion Applying hospital in the new pattern of elderly health care service , elderly′s satisfactions with the new pattern of elderly health care service have been greatly increased , so have their living quality and happiness index .Meanwhile , the hospitalization expenses are also greatly decreased .The scope of the community has a cer-tain influence , and it is worth promoting .

Objective Brief introduced the difference of pharmaceutical service between Denmark and China by personal ex -perience.Methods Difference was elicited by the inspection among the main hospitals , logistic unit, pharmaceutical department of u-niversity and the research institution in the Region of Copenhagen , Capital of Denmark .Results Much difference exists between the two countries , like the organization , pharmacy configuration , regional planning , information management , and the educational train-ing, etc.Conclusion Deriving from the economic , environment and regime , the Danish pharmaceutical service is different from ours in various aspects .However , we can learn from its free health system well to facilitate our pharmaceutical service .

One-stop service is a kind of simple,highly efficient service with high quality.It embodies the 'patient-based' medical service pattern.This paper introduces the measures,experiences and benefits resulting from the application of one-stop service in the physical examination center in the outpatient department of our hospital.This service is a breakthrough in medical service and managing concepts guided by the market economy.We believe that the medical service should comply with the patient-based concept,and only by personalized and multi-facet service can the hospital make itself competitive.
