RESUMO
Este artigo tem como proposta problematizar a concepção de plantão social, que vigora no interior do Serviço Social, discutindo tal estratégica como espaço privilegiado para identificação/notificação de casos de violência praticada contra crianças e adolescentes. Pretende-se ainda refletir sobre os limites e possibilidades de avanço na emancipação dos sujeitos (crianças e adolescentes) vitimizados pela violência doméstica, a partir de uma prática profissional comprometida com a ampliação da cidadania e a defesa intransigente dos direitos humanos.
This article proposes to question the concept of social duty inside the Social Services. It discusses such a strategy as a privileged space for identification/notice of violence cases against children and adolescents. It still intends to consider the limits and possibilities of progress in the emancipation of the subjects (children and adolescents) who are the victims of domestic violence, from a professional practice committed to the enlargement of citizenship and the uncompromising defense of human rights.
RESUMO
Social duty is an important component of university students' moral quality and a weak link of current students' comprehensive quality.University education should pay adequate attention to and reinforce this link,look for reasons from society,university,family and etc,take corresponding measures,culture and construct university students' social duty,improve their comprehensive quality to adapt to the need for the great goal of building socialistic harmonious society.
