On the basis of ‘ cooperation between schools and hospitals’,teaching of specialized course of clinical medicine in the second academic year was arranged in affiliated hospitals and teaching hospitals.According to the teaching content and features of specialized courses,flexible teaching methods were adopted,including theoretical instruction,bedside teaching,case studies,situational teaching,integration of teaching,practicing and studying and clinical internships etc.Through selecting and training qualified teachers,establishing practical training base and strengthening teaching management and quality control,the quality of teaching was effectively guaranteed and satisfactory teaching effect was received.

As a pilot program of teaching reform,some excellent undergraduates majoring in nursing were selected to take specialized courses in ICU in order to cultivate the intensive care specialized nurses.The teaching team of specialized courses in ICU was established to guarantee the teaching quality.The team was in charge of the ICU specialized curriculum building,textbooks selection and teaching content examination.The high leveled teaching team of specialized courses in ICU was organized by taking teaching and researching section as a unit to improve theoretical teaching level,using clinical department as training base to enhance practice skill and participating in special subject classes and in-service study to promote specialized quality.

Objective To explore the function of specialized training course in training singleport laparoscopic skills.Methods The specialized training course for single-port laparoscopy included cutting rubber bands into‘Z’shape,cutting‘petaloid’folded slips and peeling oranges.Twelve residents were enrolled into traditional laparoscopy training for one week and then randomized into two groups:6 trainees performed the specialized training course for 2 h daily and the others as the control group continued to practice the traditional course for 2 h daily.One week later,the trainees were tested on performing porcine single-port laparoscopic nephrectomy.Operation time and performance was compared.T test were performed using SAS 9.1.3 statistics software,and a P＜0.05 was considered to be statistical significance.Results Operation time of the specialized group was decreased significantly(59.2±17.3)min vs.(87.0±25.5)min,P=0.049,and the total global rating scale score increased significantly(26.3±2.2 vs 18.2±2.8,P=0.000 17).Conclusion The specialized course is beneficial to the training of single-port laparoscopic skills.
RESUMO
In combination with the physiologic classroom instruction of high altitude pathophysiology,this text discusses ten kinds of heuristic teaching methods.These methods have certain functions of relaxing the atmosphere of the classroom,encouraging students'enthusiasm and helping to formulate their thinking ability.But we shoud grasp three principles in carrying out the heuristic education.First,the inspiration should have pertinency.Second,we should consider the accepting level of the students.Third,we should make best use of the situation and advance step by step.This article has certain directive significance to the classroom instruction.
