Exploration of reform paths of high-level talents training in clinical pharmacy / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE To help to realize high-quality development of clinical pharmacy education in China by exploring new reform paths of high-level talents training in clinical pharmacy. METHODS The concept definition and key links of high-level talents training in clinical pharmacy were consulted by expert consultation， and the literature analysis and empirical methods were used to prepare a questionnaire to conduct online research on clinical pharmacy professionals in universities and hospitals. RESULTS A total of 637 effective electronic questionnaires were received. Totally 95.13% of the respondents believed that the cultivation of high-level talents in clinical pharmacy was very or relatively important； 51.96% expressed different degrees of dissatisfaction with the current situation of training； 88.85% regarded “rational clinical use of drugs” and 88.70% regarded “clinical research of drugs” as one of the main training objectives and service orientation； precision pharmacy， evidence-based pharmacy， medication therapy management， therapeutic drug monitoring and evaluation， clinical discovery and evaluation of new drugs were considered as important core specialty knowledge and competences， which were different from those high-level talents in clinical medicine；62.01% agreed that “academic degree+professional degree” dual degree training was the main degree type for high-level talents training in clinical pharmacy； 79.28% thought it was very necessary or relatively necessary to adopt the “long schooling” education mode； 98.58% thought that the core courses of clinical pharmacy such as clinical pharmacotherapy were very important or relatively important；59.81% believed that college or department of clinical pharmacy was the most important educational management organization that played the most important role； 87.13% agreed with the dual tutor structure of “college teachers+ pharmacists” and “pharmacists+physicians”. CONCLUSIONS Starting with the target orientation， core knowledge and competence， academic degree system， curriculum system and faculties， it is necessary to speed up the exploration of new reform paths of talent training and build a high-level talent training system of clinical pharmacy with Chinese characteristics and world level.

Exploration and Practice of the "One Combination, Two Highlights, Three Combinations, Four in One" Innovative Talents Training Mode in Forensic Medicine / 法医学杂志

Talent is one of the basic and strategic supports for building a modern socialist country in all aspects. Since the 1980s, the establishment of forensic medicine major and the cultivation of innovative talents in forensic medicine have become hot topics in higher education in forensic medicine. Over the past 43 years, the forensic medicine team of Shanxi Medical University has adhered to the joint education of public security and colleges, and made collaborative innovation, forming a training mode of "One Combination, Two Highlights, Three Combinations, Four in One" for innovative talents in forensic medicine. It has carried out "5+3/X" integrated reform, and formed a relatively complete talent training innovation mode and management system in teaching, scientific research, identification, major, discipline, team, platform and cultural construction. It has made a historic contribution to China's higher forensic education, accumulated valuable experience for the construction of first-class major and first-class discipline of forensic medicine, and provided strong support for the construction of the national new forensic talent training system. The popularization of this training mode is conducive to the rapid and sustainable development of forensic science, and provides more excellent forensic talents for national building, regional social development and the discipline construction of forensic science.

Thinking of the cultivation mode of preventive medicine undergraduates based on student research training projects / 中华医学教育探索杂志

There are still some shortcomings in the training of preventive medicine undergraduates in China, such as outdated education mode, disjointed theory/practice, and lack of multi-dimensional integration. This paper proposes an attempt to reform the cultivation mode of preventive medicine undergraduates by combining student research training programs. However, many problems have been exposed during the implementation of the reform, and it has not achieved satisfactory results, especially in emergency management and solving practical problems. In order to cultivate practical preventive medicine talents in line with the needs of the times, the training mode based on student research training projects still needs considerable efforts in many aspects, including project approval, project guidance, project evaluation and so on.

Reform thought and practice on training application-oriented talents of medical laboratory technology specialty by the trinity of "teaching, clinics and research" method / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Medical Laboratory Technology now belongs to the first-level discipline of medical technology and focuses on the cultivation of technical talents.At present,there are some problems in this professional education,such as emphasizing theoretical knowledge teaching,neglecting practical skills training,weak practicability of some courses and graduates' lack of professional quality.In this study,we have combined "Teaching,Clinical and Scientific research" together.By improving the teaching staff,increasing the proportion of experimental courses,clinical skills and scientific research training,relying on "verification-synthesis-design" experiments,laboratory opening and undergraduate scientific research competitions,we have carried out professional personnel training,and have achieved better educational results,which is also helpful to the development of laboratory discipline.

Pathway of Pharmacy Talents Training under the Cooperation of "Medicine, Teaching and Research" : Taking Zhejiang Pharmaceutical College as An Example / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the quality of pharmaceutical talents training.METHODS:The requirements and equipment status of pharmaceutical talents in China,the status quo of its pharmacy and the status quo of pharmaceutical higher education were analyzed.The pathway of pharmaceutical talents training under the cooperative vision of "medicine,education and research" was explored.RESULTS:Through the integration of industry,our school had constructed a platform of collaborative education of "politics,production,medicine,teaching and research";paid attention to quality,the cultivation path was constructed by establishing "management,teachers,practice and evaluation" guarantee mechanism from the implementation of two-level management,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,strengthening the construction of practical conditions and strengthening the quality evaluation system.CONCLUSIONS:Our college constructs a replicable innovation model for pharmacy talents training.The quality of pharmaceutical talents training is constantly improving,which provides the necessary guarantee for the implementation of "healthy China" strategy.

Clinical novitiate is not only a significant part in the training of basic comprehensive ability of clinical medicine students,but also a weak link in current teaching practice link. This research is guided by the educational reform of the"5+3"talent training mode and it carries out reforms by constructing three-stage novitiate mode, realizing curriculum integration and PBL teaching as well as multi-dimensional performance appraisal etc.It is student-centered and lays emphasis on developing students' autonomous learning ability,basic clinical skills and thinking ability,so as to improve the training quality of the medical professionals and provide a referable novitiate teaching mode for the training of medicine professionals under the new situation.

Clinical research design is the beginning and the cornerstone for clinical research,and it functions as the preliminary step of translational research.In order to improve clinical research ability,foster quality research talents team,and to promote the development of translational research,Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) started to provide the online course Designing Clinical Research (DCR),which has greatly contributed to enhancing clinical research capacity.The management of DCR online course serves as a great exploration on training junior medical professionals and international research collaboration.This study aims at sharing the management experiences of clinical research design and junior talents training.

Employment of graduates in medical information management and information system / 中华医学图书情报杂志

Objective To provide reference for expanding the employment positions of graduates in medical infor-mation management and information system of Chongqing Medical University by analyzing their employment situa-tion and trends.Methods The jobs of 171 graduates from Chongqing Medical University Medical Information School in 2008-2013 were registered according to the agreements of graduates, Chongqing Medical University Medical In-formation School, and employing units.Results The employment rate of graduates in medical information manage-ment and information system was relatively high .Their main employing units were medical and health organizations and associated enterprises in the City of Chongqing and Sichuan Province.The employment rate was low in coastal regions.The number of employed graduates in medical and health organizations reached its peak in 2013, and re-mained unchanged in medical and health associated enterprises.Conclusion Although the employment situation of graduates in medical information management and information system is good., the number of employing units and regions is relatively less.The literacy and ability of graduates in medical information management and information system should be improved, their employment channels should be expanded, and their professional education should be further perfected with gradual saturation of demand for graduates in employing units.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the new mode of industry-university-institute unification for pharmacy professionals. METHODS:The research-teaching interactive platform was established through the principles of“complementary advantages, shared interests and mutual benefits”. RESULTS:It changed the traditional teaching mode,and it ensured the professional plan-ning,curriculum development and training objectives of students based on“4 analysis,2 setting and 1 implementation”. CONCLU-SIONS:The opportunities for cooperation between students and employers were broadened and students’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship was enhanced. It cultivates project-based pharmaceutical,technical and skilled personnel,solves the problem of industry-university-institute unification and has certain significance for the development of China’s pharmaceutical education.

Research on new talents training system construction of military undergraduate clinical medicine / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Objective To establish the training objective systems for undergraduates in mili-tary clinical medicine in order to promote the educational reform of military medicine, and to improve the quality of talents training in military medical universities. Methods Literature analysis was made to determine the initial military clinical medical undergraduate training objectives, and a questionnaire was given to experts, on-the-job military doctors, medical graduates to know the real requirements of military doctors' position. A total of 455 valid questionnaires were collected. Then the questionnaire results were discussed and summarized by the method of expert discussion. Finally,. Delphi method was used to determine the ultimate training objective system. Results The ultimate training objective system of military undergraduate clinical medicine contains two aspects, eight fields and sixty-one standards objective systems. Conclusion Organically fusing military medical knowledge, ability and professional quality requirement into two levels and eight modules and clearly understanding the standards and requirements of each module are significantly systematic, advanced and operable, which has important reference value and guiding significance to both the military medical colleges and uni-versities and the local universities.
