RESUMO

A Rede Cegonha é uma das linhas temáticas do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho em Saúde da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais e da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Belo Horizonte ? PRÓ-PET Saúde III. O Hospital Sofia Feldman (HSF) é um dos cenários do Grupo Tutorial PRÓ/PET Saúde III ? Rede Cegonha e proporcionou amplo contato dos estudantes com as práticas humanizadas de assistência à saúde. Objetivo: relatar as percepções, em relação ao parto, dos acadêmicos que integram o PRÓ-PET Saúde III ? Rede Cegonha, alocados no HSF. Metodologia: participaram12 estudantes de graduação de cinco cursos da UFMG que acompanharam mulheres no processo de parto e nascimento em dois locais do HSF. Após seis meses de inserção na instituição, os estudantes registraram suas vivências no impresso destinado à avaliação final. Resultados: a organização desses registros permitiu identificar mudanças nas percepções dos estudantes sobre o parto. As vivências no HSF fizeram com que os acadêmicos pudessem perceber uma realidade diferente em relação ao modelo tradicional vigente e ressaltassem aspectos que foram citados e reconhecidos por sua influência sobre o processo de parto e nascimento. Conclusão: a oportunidade de vivências proporcionadas pelo PRÓ/PET Saúde III ? Rede Cegonha mostrou-se relevante para a formação e mudança de percepção dos estudantes, alémde motivar a construção de novas percepções em relação ao parto e à assistência humanizada aos usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde.


The Stork Network is one of the theme areas in the Education through Work for Health Program at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and Municipal Health Secretary of Belo Horizonte ? PRÓ-PET Health III. The Sofia Feldman Hospital (HSF) is one of the scenarios of the PRÓ/PET Health Tutorial Group III ? Stork Network and provides extensive students? contact with humanized healthcare practices. Objective: to report the perceptions of academics belonging to the PRÓ-PET Health III ? Stork Network, allocated in the HSF, about childbirth. Methodology: the participants were 12 undergraduate students from five courses at the UFMG, who followed women in the process of delivery and birth in two locations at the HSF. The students recorded their experiences in a written final examination report after six months of their insertion in the institution. Results: the organization of these records allowed for the identification of changes in the students? perceptions about delivery. The experiences at the HSF allowed the scholars to realize the existence of a different reality in relation to the traditional model, and pointed out aspects that have been cited and recognized of their influence on the process of childbirth and birth. Conclusion: the opportunity of adexperiences offered by the PRÓ/PET Health III - Stork Network proved to be relevant to the formation and changeof perception of students, in addition to motivate the construction, of new perceptions about delivery and humanized assistance to users of the Unified Health System.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the meaning of the method of two-step pattern case teaching in image diagnostics. Methods The experiment group was taught by the two-step pattern case teaching,while the control group by the traditional method. Results The experiment group’s image diagnostics exam average score is higher than the control group’s,and the average scores of other major clinical courses are all higher. Conclusion The applications of the two-step pattern case teaching in medicine teaching is the need of developing the medical education business and improving the medical teaching quality.

RESUMO

Medical humanities teaching in medical college can not been taken on by single or several curriculums,and should be inosculated into all of the medical teaching taches.The curriculum of ideology,moral culture and the basis of law(shortened form to basis) is the required course prescribed by the national education department for all the freshmen. The curriculum reform of the basis should be combined with the characters of the medical circumstances, inosculated into the medical humanities,and should become an important platform of the medical humanities educating system.
