RESUMO

Objective:To explore the application of Sojump in clinical teaching assessment of nursing students in operating room and to evaluate its effect.Methods:The graduation examination results of nursing students in clinical practice in the operating room of Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Shantou University from 2017 to 2019 were collected, the results of 2017-2018 as the control group, and those of 2018-2019 as the observation group. The control group took the paper handwriting test, and the observation group took the electronic Sojump test, and the two-year graduation examination results were compared. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the nursing students' satisfaction with the teaching work of the teachers in 2018-2019, and the teachers' feelings of the teachers' training was investigated with the questionnaire. SPSS 22.0 was used for t test. Results:The graduation examination scores of all educational levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences between the two groups ( P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing students who did not understand the contents of the questionnaire and studied again was 98.19%, and the teachers' satisfaction rate of automatic marking of Sojump test was 100%. Conclusion:Sojump is easily and efficiently operational, paperless, targeted teaching, which can promote teaching by evaluation, and reach high satisfaction of nursing students and teachers, worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.

RESUMO

To construct “developmental assessment” in the course of emergency nursing and inten-sive care nursing by applying the combination of formative assessment and summative evaluation, the com-bination of qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment and the incorporation of self-assessment and other evaluation. Specifically, this project contains investigation activity (accounting for 10%), operating activity (10%), checking on work attendance and homework evaluation (15%), reflection activity (15%), comprehensive design experiment evaluation (20%) and theoretical evaluation (30%). Process evaluation and self-evaluation are highlighted, especially feedback and improvement after evaluation. Through multi stage and multi form evaluation, the goal of emergency and critical care professional education has been achieved, which has promoted the development of student nurses' quality and overall development.

RESUMO

Modern information technology was used to establish the simulating interview question bank which includes the parts of medical history,physical examination,primary diagnosis,lab test, treatment,confirmed diagnosis and the final case abstract according to the clinical management process. Results of the application in gynecology and obstetrics teaching assessment among the medical probation showed that the simulating interview question bank had some advantages in assessing the student's ability of the knowledge comprehensive evaluation,self-thinking and synthetic analyzing. It could also make au-tomatic analysis after the examination and provide teaching feedback. This novel teaching assessment could be optimized and applied extensively.

Introducción: A partir del estudio derivado del proyecto de "Evaluación del desempeño docente de los profesores de la Escuela Nacional de Enfermería y Obstetricia. Un enfoque formativo", se presenta este trabajo que hace énfasis en el desarrollo y el mejoramiento del proceso educativo, dándole un sentido estrictamente constructivo y propositivo. Objetivo: Generar la reflexión sobre la urgente necesidad de nuevas propuestas educativas conducentes a mejorar la formación de los profesionales de la enfermería. Desarrollo: En el contexto del análisis sobre la percepción de los estudiantes del desempeño docente de sus profesores en los procesos de evaluación realizados en la ENEO, se enuncian un conjunto de reflexiones a la luz de una nueva cultura docente que contribuya a que los alumnos aprendan a aprender, a plantear y resolver problemas, a pensar en forma crítica y a ser creativos. Conclusiones: La información sobre el desempeño de la práctica docente de los profesores es sólo un aspecto del proceso evaluativo. Su riqueza y, a la vez su mayor reto, consiste en la reflexión, interpretación, juicios y acciones a considerar en las instituciones educativas que se reflejen en el hacer docente.


Introduction: Constructively and positively biased, and taking in consideration the Project "ENEO-Professors Academic Performance Assessment: A formative Focus", we conducted a study related to the development and improvement of nursing education. Objective: To generate insights related to the urgency of new educational proposals which could help improve the preparation of the coming nursing professionals. Development: Within the framework of ENEO student's perceptions of their professors' academic performance, we outline a series of insights which could contribute to the students' learning to learn, problem solving, and critical and creative thinking forming processes. Conclusion: In order to improve their nursing curriculum, education instructions musk integrally assess their professors' academic performance.
