There was a prevalence of no answers in males, with significant differences in the knowledge by sex; however, it didn't happen this way in the groups of the different teachings. The used instrument could be validated by means of a multiple variables technique, and it allowed to demonstrate that in the studied environment there were no important differences about the knowledge of adolescents on these topics, regarding the type and teaching level from which they came.
