RESUMO

Objective:To recognize the overall situation of the core competency of medical professional postgraduate, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the training process, and provide basis for better optimization and revision of training objectives and training plans.Methods:An anonymous online questionnaire was conducted among 264 postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine to recognize the cognition and self-evaluation of core competence, and analyze the differences in scores of different grades and types. SPSS 23.0 was used for independent-samples t test; and one-way analysis of variance to analyze categorical variables. Results:The doctoral degree students' core competency results were higher than those of master degree students, and those of the senior students were higher than junior students ( P<0.05). "System Improvement Ability" [master degree students (2.94±1.07), first-year students (2.82±0.97)], "Patient Management" [(first-year students (2.77±1.22)], "Academic Research" [first-year students (2.90±1.03)], and 4 other indicators were the weakness of students (all less than 3 scores). Conclusion:The students have a good sense of professional identity for doctors. The different depth of the clinical practice education is the possible cause which brings about the differences among students with different degrees. We should focus on strengthening the training for the "shortcomings" in the core competence of students.

Introducción: La automatización de la información en las instituciones cubanas es una necesidad tecnológica en constante evolución que requiere de un sistema integral de automatización. Objetivo: Implementar un sistema web para la gestión de la información relacionada con los programas de maestrías del Instituto Pedro Kourí. Material y Métodos: Se realizó una investigación aplicada de desarrollo tecnológico y diseño no experimental, descriptivo y de corte transversal; el universo de estudio estuvo formado por 4 especialistas del departamento docente y para la recolección de la información se utilizó la entrevista no estructurada. La metodología de desarrollo de software seleccionada fue Proceso Unificado de Desarrollo y para el modelado del sistema Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado. Las herramientas de desarrollo empleadas fueron: Visual Paradigm for UML 6.4 Enterprise Edition, WampServer 2.0f, MySQL 5.1.30, Zend Studio 5.5.1 y Apache 2.2.11. Resultados y Discusión: Se especificó el modelado de las clases conceptuales y se concibieron los procesos a informatizar. Se realizaron los diagramas de casos de uso del sistema, de secuencia y de clases de diseño. Se automatizó la gestión de información de manera integrada, lo que permitirá obtener y analizar reportes estadísticos y facilitará llevar a cabo un conjunto de acciones encaminadas a mejorar la calidad de los programas de maestrías del instituto. Conclusiones: El Sistema garantizará la automatización de los procesos académicos, beneficiando tanto a alumnos, como a profesores y especialistas del departamento docente de la entidad(AU)


Introduction: The automation of information in Cuban institutions is a constantly evolving technological need that requires a comprehensive automation system. Objective: To implement a web system for the management of information related to the master's programs of the Pedro Kourí"Institute. Material and Methods: An applied research of technological development and non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional design was carried out; the study universe was made up of four specialists from the teaching department and the unstructured interview was used to collect the information. The selected software development methodology was Unified Development Process and the Unified Modeling Language for modeling the system. As development tools: Visual Paradigm for UML 6.4 Enterprise Edition, WampServer 2.0f, MySQL 5.1.30, Zend Studio 5.5.1 and Apache 2.2.11. Results and Discussion: The modeling of the conceptual classes and the processes to be computerized were conceived and specified, as well as the diagrams of use cases of the system, sequence and design classes were made. Information management was automated in an integrated manner, which will allow obtaining and analyzing statistical reports and will facilitate carrying out a set of actions aimed at improving the quality of the institute's master's programs. Conclusions: The System will guarantee the automation of the academic processes, benefiting students, teachers and specialists of the entity's teaching department(AU)

OBJECTIVE To provide reference for improving the continuing education management for licensed pharmacists in China. METHODS By searching related policies ,notices and documents of continuing education of licensed pharmacists in various provinces in China ,the retrieval time limit was from the implementation of the licensed pharmacist qualification access system in 1994 to December 31,2021. The organizational structure ,implementation status and problems of continuing education management for licensed pharmacists in 31 provinces were analyzed to put forward the suggestions. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS At present , the management subjects of continuing education for licensed pharmacists in China at the national level are still unclear ,and the management subjects of continuing education at the local level are mostly provincial drug administration and (licensed)pharmacist association,and some are pharmaceutical societies ,so the management system needs to be straightened out. At present ,most provinces have selected teaching institutions through public bidding ,basically realize the separation of discipline ,but the openness and transparency of selection standards need to be strengthened. In addition ,there are still some problems ,such as teaching content and methods need to be enriched and optimized ,and insufficient funds guarantee in most areas. It is suggested to clarify the division of responsibilities for the continuing education management of licensed pharmacists in China ,improve the management of teaching institutions ,enrich the teaching contents and forms of continuing education of licensed pharmacists ,and ensure the management funds of continuing education of licensed pharmacists.

To study the application effect of enterprise WeChat platform in the process of residency teaching management. Fujian Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital introduced the enterprise WeChat platform in the process of standardized residency training management. Then, residents and rotation departments carried out various activities of standardized residency training through the WeChat platform, and submitted the results of teaching tasks. At last, relevant evaluation data of the enterprise WeChat platform were collected through the network by the teaching management department. At present, there were 732 users, the cumulative usage rate of users reached 100%, the timely delivery rate of teaching materials increased by 31.02%, and 100% of the residents believed that compared with the paper method, they were more inclined to use the enterprise WeChat platform for attendance checking, teaching quality evaluation and questionnaire survey. Besides, the work flow and efficiency of the teaching management department were significantly improved.

Because clinical oncology course for undergraduates is related to many clinical specialties , traditional teaching of this course is likely to lead to repetition and contradiction of knowledge. Clinical medical college carried out integrated curriculum in clinical oncology for three years during the implementation of teaching reform to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages. Teaching and research sections related to clinical oncology were horizontally integrated under the guidance of teaching affairs office; On the premise of meeting the requirements of teaching outlines, the clinical oncology in internal medicine, surgery and gynecology was systematically improved in accordance with cognitive laws. Following the previous year, PBL teaching program in clinical oncology still focused on the integration of theoretical course and probation course. After integration, the sub-specialty teacher team was gradually shaped, the teaching quality was significantly improved and the clinical thinking of medical students was enhanced.

A grade three general hospital in Beijing has carried out a pilot project of standardized training for newly recruited nurses since 2013.The two-stage training system of general training and training in the form of rotation training has been established,and the multi dimension evaluation system of students' self-test,OSCE,the test of graduation,and the teaching and management mechanism of teacher team construction and quality control of teaching process have also been established.The standardized training of new entry nurses can promote the level of nursing teaching and clinical nursing in hospitals,but the related work has just started,and its operation mode and process monitoring still need to be constantly improved.

This study attempts to use the safety training observation program to implement behavior safety management for pediatric nursing students.The program consists of the following:the selection of outstanding teaching staff,the implementation of teaching access;intensive training contents and evaluation process;the implementation of on-site observation management;the objective and real-time records of operation behavior and state and the correction and improvement of unsafe behaviorduringoperation.The results showed that the nursing students have a positive attitude to the behavior safety training observation.After the implementation ofsafety observation program,the incidence of adverse events and sharp instrument injury weresignificantly reduced,and the accuracy in the execution of hand hygieneand in the technical operation wereincreased significantly.It shows that applying safety training observation method to clinical practice of nursing students can helpthem improve the standardized operation and risk avoidance ability,and promote the safety of clinical teaching.

To enhance interns' comprehensive ability and qualification in medical laboratory , ISO 15189 quality system that was widely accepted at home and abroad was applied in practice teaching management. First teaching experience was shared with each other, teaching competition was encouraged to improve the qualification of teaching, and then relevant academic conference and the application of scientific or new projects were also advocated to promote the construction of teaching staff. Second, the management system of the intern was improved, the rules of the management of the intern files were optimized, the train-ing and study were regularly organized, the teaching system was perfected, and the practice appraisal was standardized. Practice proved that the graduates had strong ability to work, to master the quality management of ISO 15189 elements and could solve the common problems in clinical work and at the same time they had certain scientific research thinking.

Objective To evaluate the effect of the department teaching management by using attending physician responsibility system. Methods Eight teachers were scored using the teaching management quantitative scoring standard before and after the implementation ofattending physician responsibility system. Score data of 12 months before the implementation ofattending physician respon-sibility system was defined as the control group, while the score data of 12 months after the implemen-tation ofattending physician responsibility system was defined as the study group. Groups were compared by using the paired t-test and P0.05). Compared with the control group, there was significant statistical difference between the two groups in the senior grade and intermediate grade (P<0.05). Conclusion The attending physician responsibility systemfor teaching management is an effective way to improve the teaching management level.

Clinical practice teaching is the deepening and continuity of school education , which is an important part of medical education. This paper aims to analyze the current situation and problems as to the teaching management during clinical training of full-time clinical major students, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures . The clinical practice teaching management and the clinical intern training quality can be significantly improved by establishing normative practice teaching management sys-tem, innovating teaching management mechanism, and correct treatment of the contradiction between clin-ical practice, employment and taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools.

Objective To understand the consulting relationship among students of some teaching class of epidemiology.Methods Data were collected through questionnaire and the network characteristics were analyzed with social network analysis software-NetDraw.Results The consulting network relation of this class was loosening,but there were a few people who have more degree and betweenness than others;some cliques were associated with major and sex.Conclusions Social network analysis can help teacher understand the consulting relationship among students,which may provide the base for making the management strategy on teaching class.
