Cloud technology and the Internet of things ( IOT) technology can be used in building the patient-centered critical care medical information platform. The platform could inenable medical staff to efficiently obtain critical care medical information, and raise critical patients′ cure rates. The authors introduced the critical process of rapidly building and improving the urgent care medical information integration platform in a campus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical School. The IOT platform could effectively interconnect a variety of critical care medical equipments, and features such functions as vital signs monitoring and life support, bedside treatment data retrieval, remote diagnosis and treatment, and cloud sharing. The platform featured the advantages of complete information integration, fast construction, and satisfactory system extensibility. It could improve the medical work efficiency, improve the effect of critical care, and reduce the frequency of contact with patients, hence providing references for rapidly establishing a vital care treatment platform for public health events.

RESUMO

Objective:In order to study the necessity of introducing PhD students into the large-scale instrument platform and how to make them play a better role in work through management. Methods:The status of technicians in large-scale instrument and equipment platforms of domestic and foreign universities and scientific research institutions were investigated; combined with the experience of more than 10 years of operation of the technology platform of State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs of Peking University, the analysis was carried out. Results:In recent years, the large-scale instrument platforms of major universities and scientific research institutions have strengthened the introduction of high-level talents and the construction of the team. Maintain the stability of the instrument service staff through management measures such as rank promotion and salary enhancement.Conclusions:High-precision instruments are the foundation of the instrument technology platform, and well-educated talents are the core of the instrument technology platform. Only when more PhD students join the technology platform, can the high-precision instruments and equipment exert their maximum functions and promote scientific research.

RESUMO

The new drug research and development(R&D) platforms are comprehensive, open and continuously developing organic systems which integrate such elements as technologies and standards related to the R&D of innovative drugs and serve as pilars and integration media. These platforms are macroscopic and integrated at the governmental level, large and systematic in big pharmaceutical enterprises and research institutes, and detailed and professional in medium and small enterprises. The construction of new drug R&D platforms in China experienced germination and rudiment stages during "9th Five-year" period, and has now entered the full-fledged developing stage with the support of Scientific and Technological Major Special Project - "Key New Drugs Creation and Manufacturing", and has evolved from single technological R&D centers to integrated technology platforms with complete pipelines. By comparing the development of domestic and international new drug R&D platforms, this paper puts forward some suggesions on how to develop and manage the Chinese platform and examines its future prospects.
