Quality control and safeguarding measures for the whole-process management of scientific research in tertiary hospitals / 中华医学科研管理杂志

Objective Sharing and exploring the efficient development of scientific research management with peers in large tertiary general hospital.Methods This article took the whole process management of scientific research in our hospital during the past five years as example,analyzed and elaborated the quality control and related safeguarding measures.Results According to the comparison between 2012 and 2016,the number of SCI papers published,the number of National Natural Science Funding and other important indicators all have been increased significantly in our hospital.Conclusions The implementation of the whole process quality control management and security measures of scientific research helps hospital to achieve initial and efficient development in research management.

Exploration and Thinking of Medical Students' Professionalism Education——Taking Capital Medical University as An Example / 中国医学伦理学

Aimed at the current plight of medical students' professionalism education,such as ignoring the top -level design and the overall plan but emphasizing practice,ignoring the permeability of professional spirit but emphasizing the impartation of professional knowledge,ignoring humanities but emphasizing professional issues in curriculum setting,Capital Medical University advocated the all-dimensional education philosophy implenented by all staff through the whole process,made top-level design scientifically for medical students' professionalism education.The university strengthened professionalism through teaching,permeated professionalism through a series of educational activities,consolidated professionalism through clinical practice,and thus to strengthen the cultivation of medical students' professionalism and realize scientific education by all staff and throughout the whole process.

Development and Application of Whole Process Medical Insurance Informatization Management / 医学信息学杂志

The paper introduces the application technology of whole process medical insurance informatization management in the Third Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University,including how to implement the medical insurance information into the whole treatment process in real time,construct the medical insurance database suitable for the hospital and interface technology of medical insurance settlement,so as to lay foundation to achieve disease diagnosis related groups.

Analysis of the whole process quality control on the management of Biobank / 中华医学科研管理杂志

Objective To analyze how to establish a quality control(QC) procedure covering the whole samples process within a hospital.Methods To analyze how the different sample handling stage require specific QC methods according to the processing demond of different stage.Results The QC at the original stage help to select proper sample type of specific disease according to its research purpose.The QC at the process stage help to ensure the proper handling procedure of disease samples according to the biological characteristics,which would provide reliable samples for the research.The feedbacks of sample research results to biobank help the biobank to obtain more understanding and more resource to ensure its sustainable development.Conclusions Analysis of the whole process QC on the management of biobank will facilitate and maintain the biobank with high quality and ultimately support the translational medical research.
