Descriptive Evaluation of the Research on Influencing Factors of Patients' Selection of Institutions / 中国医院管理

Through screening of the literature,published time,published journals,research sites,research objects,research perspectives,influencing factors and countermeasures were listed by multi angle analysis of the bibliometrics method.The results show that the research on influencing factors of patients' selection of institutions in China has reached a certain level,but there are still some deficiencies.Follow-up studies need to define the following points which include the research heat is strongly related with the policy,the research of the patient's referral influencing factors should be strengthened,the depth of research needs to be improved,and the patients is the foundation of the countermeasures.

Este artigo relata um momento da história institucional da Associação Terapêutica - Lugar de Vida, quando a instituição se debruçou frente ao projeto de criação do Acompanhamento Terapêutico (AT) como dispositivo de tratamento às psicoses infantis. Desde uma leitura da equipe acerca de um impasse presente em um caso clínico, reconheceu-se a necessidade de indicar o AT, bem como redesenhar o projeto terapêutico do caso, o que desembocou em uma profícua parceria com um CECCO (Centro de Convivência e Cooperativa) da cidade de São Paulo.

This article adresses a moment in the institutional history of the Therapeutic Association - Lugar de Vida, when it developed the project for the Therapeutic Accompaniment (TA) creation as a technique for the treatment of childhood psychoses. From our team's reading of an impasse present in a clinical case, we recognized the need to recommend the TA, as well as redesign the therapeutic project of the case, which led to a rewarding partnership with a CECCO (Portuguese acronym for Convenience and Cooperative Center) in São Paulo.

Este artículo relata un momento de la historia institucional de la Asociación Terapéutica Lugar de Vida, cuando la institución se inclinó frente al proyecto de creación de Acompañamiento Terapéutico (AT) como dispositivo de tratamiento de las psicosis infantiles. Desde una lectura del equipo acerca de una dificultad presente en un caso clínico, se reconoce la necesidad de indicar el AT, bueno para rediseñar el proyecto terapéutico del caso, lo que desembocó en una útil asociación con un CECCO (Centro de Convivencia y Cooperativa) de la ciudad de São Paulo.
