RESUMO

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoshui Formula Ⅱ on malignant ascites.Methods:60 cases of malignant ascites were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with external application of Xiaoshui Formula Ⅱ and the control group with intraperitoneal injection of DDP.The therapeutic effect of Xiaoshui Formula Ⅱ was observed. Results:The total effective rate of ascites resolution was 87.1% in the treatment group and 58.6% in the control group. There were significant differences in improvement of clinical symptoms,Karnofsky score and correlative indexes between the two groups. Conclusion:Xiaoshui Formula Ⅱ has better therapeutic effect than intraperitoncal injection of DDP,with no side effect.

RESUMO

Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Immunologic function in the patient of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Fifty-one cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into a Chinese medicine group,a chemotherapy group and a chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group. The therapeutic effect and changes of clinical symptoms, physical strength, immunologic indexes and serum VEGF before and after treatment were investigated in all groups. Results:Tumor stable rate in Chinese medicine group and chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group after treatment was higher than that in chemotherapy group with no significant difference, but improvement of clinical symptoms and physical strength in Chinese medicine group and chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine group after treatment was significantly superior to that in chemotherapy group(both P

RESUMO

For observation on clinical therapeutic effect of modified Wei Er Fang on gastric precanceraus lesion (GPL), 90 cases of GPL were divided into 3 groups, the treatment group treated with modified Wei Er Fang, the control group I treated with Wei Fu Chuan and the control group I with Bismuth subcitrate, 30 cases each group. Results indicated that the total effective rate for clinical symptoms was 96. 67% in the treatment group which was significant different from 60. 00% in the control group I (P 0. 05), but the therapeutic effect on heterotypic proliferation in the treatment group was superior to those in the two control groups. It is showed that modified Wei Er Fang has a better action of reversing gastric precancerous lesion.

RESUMO

In view of the deficiencies of both Qi and Yin in most cases of this tumor, Jinfukang oral solution (JFK). a remedy mainly for benefiting Qi and nourishing -yin. was formulated. 96 cases were treated with one case of CR. 8 cases PR, 52 NC. the rate of PR + NC being 63. 5%. Another 52 cases were treated with chemotherapy +JFK. with 11 cases of PR, 26 cases NC, the rate of PR + NC being 71. 2%. While 25 cases were treated by chemotherapy alone, the cases of PR was 4; NC 26. the rate of PR + NC being 60. 0%, This demonstrated that the effect of JFK and JFK + chemotherapy were all superior to effect of chemotherapy alone. For 1 - and 2 - year survival rates, the JFK group was 67. 3% and 66. 7% respectively, whereas that of JFK + chemotherapy. 67. 3% and 66. 7%. For the chemotherapy group , 1 - year survival rate was 40. 3%, with no survivals within 2 years. For symptom improvement, body weight gaining, and health condition (KPS evaluation) after treatment, the JFK and JFK + chemotherapy groups were, again, superior to the chemotherapy group. The Immunity indices and blood picture in JFK group after treatment were markedly improved as compared with those before treatment, but, those in the chemotherapy group were decreased, while those of the JFK + chemotherapy group remained unchanged.

RESUMO

Since 1980s, medical clinical practice turns towards evidence-based medicine model from experimental medical model, traditional TCM diagnosis of tumor difficultly link up with diagnostic methods of modern medicine, and syndrome differentiation typing is difficultly qualified and unified. Clinical studies often lack strict and reasonable design and rigorous manipulation standardization, and do not rapidly adapt changes of modern medicine model. Therefore. in the present paper it is put forward that standardization of clinical diagnosis and assessment of therapeutic effects should be further completed. First establishing and adopting randomized control test of small scale and single center, and using systematical assessing techniques to scientifically evaluate results of relative studies; and scientifically and systematically systematize and strictly re-test and verify rich clinical experiences of famous and older physicians of TCM. In brief, principles of evidence-based medicine should be adopt to guide and standard TCM diagnosis and treatment and scientific studies of malignant tumor.

RESUMO

To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Ren Zhu Jian Wei Granules on precancerous lesion of stomach. Methods: 130 cases of precancerous lesion of stomach were randomly divided into tow groups, the treatment group (88 cases) treated with Ren Zhu Jian Wei capsules and the control group (42 cases) treated with Wei Fu Chun Tablets, and clinical data were analyzed. Results: The comprehensive therapeutic effect was 92. 0% in the treatment group and 73. 8% in the control group; and the clinical therapeutic effect was 94. 3% in the treatment group and 78. 6% in the control group with a significant difference (P
