@#The high incidence and untreated rate of root caries, a common and frequently occurring oral disease with challenging treatment in elderly individuals, is the main cause of tooth loss among elderly people, as rapid development results in pulpitis and periapical periodontitis or residual crown and root, which has been regarded as one of the common chronic oral diseases seriously affecting the quality of life of elderly people. Thus, early intervention and prevention are important. Traditional dental materials for preventing root caries have been widely used in clinical practice; however, they have the disadvantages of tooth coloring, remineralization and low sterilization efficiency. A series of new dental materials for preventing root caries have gradually become a research hotspot recently, which have the advantages of promoting the mineralization of deep dental tissue, prolonging the action time and enhancing adhesion. Future caries prevention materials should be designed according to the characteristics of root surface caries and the application population and should be developed toward simplicity, high efficiency and low toxicity. This review describes current research regarding anti-caries prevention material application, serving as a theoretical underpinning for the research of root caries prevention materials, which is important for both promotion in the effective prevention of root caries and improvement in the status of oral health and the quality of life among old people.

The medical assistance system is the last line of defense of the medical security system.Based on the actual situation of a county, this paper summarizes the development characteristics of medical assistance system from three aspects of policy support, urban and rural integration, and classification and implementation.The health security system underpinning policy plays an important role in increasing the accessibility of medical services to the vulnerable people, providing the necessary conditions for their health recovery, reducing the medical burden of their families, and alleviating the vulnerability to poverty.This research discovered that there are four major problems that are affecting the medical assistance system such as policy implementation deviation, lower proportion of assistance and relief, narrow financing channel, and the poverty level and vulnerability are difficult to alleviate.In view of this, this paper puts forward the countermeasures such as strengthening the economic basis of the system to further improve the medical assistance system.

A partir del caso de una adolescente internada por una anorexia grave, se analiza el comienzo, desarrollo y finalización del tratamiento psicológico. Se cuestiona el concepto de fin de análisis desde una perspectiva vincular, tomando como ejes la construcción de la patología familiar y poniendo de relieve la posición implicada de la analista que trabaja en una construcción conjunta con paciente, familia, equipo institucional.
Based on the case of a teenager who was hospitalized due to a severeanorexia, the beginning, development and ending of the psychological treatment is analyzed. The concept of end of analysis is questioned from abond/relational perspective, taking as guidelines the construction of family pathology and highlighting the implicated position of the analyst who worksin a joint construction with the patient, the family and the institutions health team.
En partant du cas dune adolescente internée à cause dune grave anoréxie,nous analysons le début, le developpement et la fin du traitementpsychologique. Nous mettons en question la notion de fin danalyse daprèsla perspective psichanalitique des liens, en prenant comme axe la construcionde la pathologie familiale et en mettant en relief la position impliquée delanalyste qui travaille en une construction conjointe entre le patient, la familleet l équipe institutionnelle.

El final de análisis en la clínica con adolescentes presenta características propias. El trabajo por ciclos permite acompañar y apuntalar el desarrollo psíquico de los jóvenes y evita la prolongación innecesaria de los tratamientos. El papel de interlocutor que cumple el terapeuta resulta decisivo para lograr estos objetivos.
The end of analysis in clinic with teenagers presents its own features. The workby cycles allow to come along and underpin the psychic development of theyoung people and avoid the unnecessary extension of the treatments. The interlocutorrole of the physiotherapist become decisive to reach these objectives.
