RESUMO

【Objective】 To explore the geographical environment factors that may affect serum uric acid (UA) of healthy people and explore the change trend of UA reference value at the national scale. 【Methods】 The UA reference values of 607905 healthy people from 565 loci in China were collected, and the correlation between 25 geographical environment factors and UA reference values was analyzed by correlation analysis. CatBoost model was constructed and SHAP value interpretation model was applied to predict the UA reference values of healthy people in counties and cities in China, and the geographical distribution map of UA reference values of healthy people in China was drawn by using ordinary Kriging. 【Results】 A total of 20 indicators, namely, latitude, altitude, annual average temperature, annual average relative humidity, annual precipitation, air temperature annual range, annual average wind speed, percentage of surface soil silt, surface soil bulk density, surface soil gravel content, surface soil organic matter content, surface soil PH, surface soil (clay) cation exchange capacity, surface soil (silt) cation exchange capacity, surface soil base saturation, total surface soil exchange capacity, T-CaCO3, T-CaSO4, surface soil alkalinity, and surface soil salt showed their correlation with UA reference value of healthy people nationwide. The spatial distribution of UA reference values of healthy people across the country differed, manifested as the changing trend of higher in high altitude regions, higher in coastal regions than in inland regions, lower in the mid-eastern region, and higher in Southwest China at similar altitudes. 【Conclusion】 This study lays a foundation for further studies on the mechanism of different influencing factors on UA reference value. CatBoost model was established to provide the basis for establishing reference standards using UA reference values as prognostic factors for hyperuricemia and related chronic diseases in different regions.

RESUMO

Background: We evaluated Correlation of Serum Uric Acid level in patients with acute coronary syndromes with severity and extent of coronary disease Materials and methods: Fifty-one patients with acute coronary syndromes between 25-60 years were included into the study. Patients with chronic kidney disease, gout, hematological malignancy, hypothyroidism, chronic alcoholism, receiving diuretic therapy, more than 2 grams per day of salicylate therapy, ethambutol, pyrazinamide, were excluded. Data regarding history, ECG, cardiac enzymes, serum uric acid, and angiographic details were recorded. Results: The mean age of the study population was in 55.68± 5.83 years. The age, gender BMI, and co morbidities such as smoking, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and family history were not statistically significant across types of ACS, such as CSA, USA and MI. We noticed that uric acid levels were not significantly (P>0.05) across types of ACS. We also found significant correlations between uric acid levels at admission with age, hypertension and family history. However, there was no significant correlation of uric acid with the type of a number of vessels involved and Killip classification. Conclusion: In the current study, serum UA level in patients with acute coronary syndromes is not associated with Killip class and extent of coronary vessels involved.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the distribution and incidence of hyperuricemia for the Zhoushan island residents in Zhe-jiang province and provide scientific advice for health management. Methods The uric acid reports of island residents were analyzed by a retrospective statistical analysis in the Physical Examination Center of the 413 Hospital from October 2013 to October 2015.The patients with metabolic diseases (such as diabetes, chronic renal failure and other people, etc.)were ex-cluded.According to the different gender and different age groups, the average level of uric acid, hyperuricemia occurrence rate and the difference among the groups were performed statistical analyses. The single factor analysis of variance was used by Microsoft 2003 Excel software. Results The average serum uric acid level of 7 310 island residents was 283±82μmol/L and the incidence of hyperuricemia was 21.2%.The incidence of hyperuricemia was 33.6% in 31~40 years group, and the average level of uric acid was 343±86μmol/L and significantly higher than≤30 years group, significant statistic difference were observed. The incidence of hyperuricemia was more than 15% in≥41 years group, significantly higher than≤30 years group. The population of physical examination was concentrated in the 31~40 years group. The hyperuricemia incidence was 27.9% in 5 214 male residents, and the average serum uric acid level was 368±74μmol/L and higher than the female group (P0.05).The level of average serum uric acid level was less in≥61 and 41~50 years group than in ≤30 years group (P<0.05),but the hyperuricemia incidence were higher than ≤30 years group. The incidence of hyperuricemia was 4.6% in 2 096 female residents. The level of average serum uric acid was 257±57μmol/L and lower than the male group in all age groups (P<0.001).The incidence of hyperuricemia was 18.6% in≥60 years old and lower than 10% in the other groups. The incidence of hyperuricemia increased gradually with age.Conclu-sion The hyperuricemia incidence in island residents was higher, and higher in male than in female. The occurrence of hype-ruricemia was significantly younger. Therefore, health education, reasonable diet adj ustment, improvement of lifestyle and eating habits etc.Should be conducted for a long time to prevent the occurrence of hyperuricemia and related diseases.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the time- and dose-dependent effects of 3, 5, 2', 4'-tetrahydroxy chalcone (P40) on the levels of uric acid and the contents of hepatic xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH) and xanthine oxidase (XOD) in the hyperuricemic mice induced by potassium oxonate. METHODS: The hyperuricemic mice were induced by an intraperitoneal injection of uricase inhibitor potassium oxonate. Serum uric acid levels were determined by using tie phosphotungstic acid method. The contents of hepatic XOD and XDH were determined using commercially available Elisa kits. Allopurinol was as a positive control. RESULTS: When orally administrated to the oxonate-induced hyperuricemic mice, compound P40 at doses of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 mg · kg-1 and the allopurinol at a doses of 1.0 mg · kg-1 significantly decreased the uric acid levels and reduced the concentration of XOD compared with model group. As for the study of time-dependent effects: after administration of allopurinol 30 min or P40 60 min effectively reduced serum uric acid levels compared to the model group, respectively. Administration with P40 and allopurinol for 15, 30, 60, 90 min can reduce the concentration of XDH and XOD, compared with model group. CONCLUSION: P40 could reduce the serum uric acid levels in oxonate-induced hyperuricemic mice by reducing the contents of hepatic XDH/XOD.

RESUMO

AIMTo evaluate the influence of serum UA level and ren al function of hyperuricemic rats administrated Hus. METHODSHype ruricemia and uric acid nephropathy in rats were induced by adenine ig feeding f eeds containing 10% yeast Drug therapy was given Simultaneously. After 18 d, blo od of rats was drawn from the hearts. Total protein, albumin(A), A/G ratio, uric acid(UA), creatinine(Cr), urea nitrogen(BUN), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), and Cholesterol of serum were detected by automatic biochemis try analyzer. Ultrastructural alteration and UA crystal were observed. R ESULTSSerum UA, Cr, BUN of Hus groups and All group were significantly r educed compared with model group(P
