RESUMO

【Objective】 Virtual reality (VR) technology is closely related to eye vision. With the development and progress of hardware and software equipment, VR has been applied widely in the field of ophthalmology. This article describes the application of VR technology in the clinical research and ophthalmology education, reviews the current research results and advantages of this new technology, including the new curative effect in amblyopia/strabismus, myopia and glaucoma, as well as research on the technology’s application in cataract surgery training and ophthalmology education. The article also discusses the dangers and difficulties of VR application and predicts its future application trend. In view of the shortcomings of VR in current research applications, the paper discusses and looks forward to provide powerful strategies for amblyopia, myopia and other ophthalmic diseases and clinical research.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and deep learning,virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR)technologies have been widely used in the medical field with their unique advantages.Despite the rapid advances of techniques in colorectal surgery,the risk of colorectal surgery remained high due to the complexity of colorectal anatomy,and the burden of postoperative symptoms remained high.VR and AR technologies can help overcome some of these challenges.The application of VR and AR in colorectal surgery was reviewed,including education and training,surgical assistance,patient education,symptom management,etc.,in order to provide references for clinical application of VR and AR in colorectal surgery.

OBJECTIVE@#To compare the clinical efficacy between Jiao's scalp acupuncture combined with virtual reality (VR) rehabilitation training and VR rehabilitation training alone for motor dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).@*METHODS@#A total of 52 patients with PD were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 26 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with routine basic treatment, and the patients in the control group were treated with VR rehabilitation training. The patients in the observation group were treated with Jiao's scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The scalp points included the movement area, balance area and dance tremor control area. Both groups were treated once a day, 5 times a week for a total of 8 weeks. Before treatment and 4 and 8 weeks into treatment, the gait parameters (step distance, step width, step speed and step frequency), timed "up and go" test (TUGT) time and unified Parkinson's disease rating scale part Ⅲ (UPDRS-Ⅲ) score were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.@*RESULTS@#Four weeks into treatment, except for the step width in the control group, the gait parameters of the two groups were improved, the TUGT time was shortened, and the UPDRS-Ⅲ scores were reduced (P<0.01, P<0.05); the step distance in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the UPDRS-Ⅲ score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Eight weeks into treatment, the gait parameters of the two groups were improved, the TUGT time was shortened, and the UPDRS-Ⅲ scores were reduced (P<0.01); the step distance and step speed in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the TUGT time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the UPDRS-Ⅲ score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The total effective rate was 92.3% (24/26) in the observation group, which was higher than 69.2% (18/26) in the control group (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Jiao's scalp acupuncture combined with VR rehabilitation training could improve the gait parameters, walking ability and motor function in patients with PD. The clinical effect is better than VR rehabilitation training alone.

Started from the needs of clinical teaching and practice of acupuncture and moxibustion, based on the acupuncture education and assessment model, the virtual acupuncture teaching system was developed with the help of virtual reality (VR) technology, and applied to the course teaching of meridian and acupoint and needling and moxibustion method of . Compared with conventional teaching, this system can effectively improve practical operation test scores of students, meanwhile, it has higher interest, interactivity and helpfulness for knowledge learning, and improve independent learning ability, learning effect and memory depth, so student's satisfaction is higher.

Resumen Las dos últimas décadas han sido testigos de la aparición de la realidad virtual (RV) como una herramienta importante para la investigación, evaluación y tratamiento en los trastornos mentales en la salud mental, creando entornos interactivos generados por computadora, donde los individuos pueden experimentar repetidamente sus situaciones problemáticas y aprender, a través de tratamientos psicológicos basados en la evidencia, cómo superar dificultades. El propósito de este artículo es proporcionar una revisión sistemática actualizada de la literatura sobre la utilización de la RV en los problemas de salud mental. Se realizó una revisión sistemática identificando 245 estudios, de los cuales se utilizaron solo 29 relacionados con modelos de RV, de los cuales 18 correspondían a distintos trastornos (ansiedad, depresión, esquizofrenia, psicosis, trastornos alimenticios, trastorno obsesivo compulsivo) y 11 a estudios empíricos; de su análisis se concluye que la capacidad de la RV para simular la realidad podría aumentar en gran medida el acceso a las terapias en los trastornos mentales mientras que los resultados podrían ser mejorados por la capacidad de la tecnología para crear nuevas realidades.


The last two decades have witnessed the emergence of virtual reality (VR) as an important tool for research, evaluation and treatment in mental disorders in mental health, creating interactive environments generated by computer, where individuals can repeatedly experience their problematic situations and learn, through psychological treatments based on evidence, how to overcome difficulties. The purpose of this article is to provide an updated systematic review of the literature on the use of VR in mental health problems. A systematic review was made identifying 245 studies, of which only 29 were used related to RV models, of which 18 corresponded to different disorders (anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, psychosis, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder) and 11 to empirical studies. From their analysis it is concluded that the ability of the RV to simulate reality could greatly increase access to therapies in mental disorders while the results could be improved by the ability of technology to create new realities.

RESUMO

Functional experiment plays an important role in understanding the mechanisms of diseases and principles of diagnosis and treatment. It requires students to master basic skills of func-tional operation, and complicated disciplines of functional alteration as well. Thus functional experi-ment needs to be an open course. The use of the virtual reality (VR) and real-time recording tech-niques provides potential for this exploration. By the way of real-time recording system, HD video of experiment operation is played, which helps guiding students to learn basic experiment skills; while based on the development status of VR technology, it is more applicable for learning by oneself, such as preview before the class and review for the test, and furthermore, the advantage of VR technique will be more apparent, if the key development focuses on experiment extensions to disclose more compli-cated functional alterations. This new technique helps to improve teaching effects of functional experi-ment.
