RESUMO
Objective:To observe the efficacy of allo-peripheral blood stem cell transplantation performed to a case of lymphocytic blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia at the onset of acute lymphocytic leukemia.Methods:The patient was treated with allo-peripheral blood stem cell transplantation from HLA-matched unrelated donor.Results:Haematopoiesis was reconstructed by donor stem cell after 30 days,ph chromosome has been negative from then.The patient is desease free survival more than 110 days.Conclusion:[WTBZ]Allo-peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is effective to lymphocytic blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia at the onset of acute lymphocytic leukemia.
