RESUMO

Based on ZHU Zhenheng's “six constraints” theory, it is proposed that the formation of pulmonary nodules is closely related to the six constraints, which are constraint of qi, blood, phlegm, fire, dampness and food. All six constraints might lead to pulmonary nodules, among which qi constraint is the dominant one. When qi constraint lasts for a long time, it will turn into fire constraint, resulting in the failure of spleen to transport, which may lead to phlegm constraint, dampness constraint and food constraint; when qi fails to move blood, blood constraint is formulated. Mutual generation of six constraints lead to the disease, and the pathogenesis is interrelated, jointly promoting the occurrence and development of pulmonary nodules. The treatment is mainly to unblock qi, usually using Yueju Pills (越鞠丸), a classic formula commonly used for six constraints, as the basic formula. And according to the six constraints partiality, it is suggested to flexibly add the medicinals of soothing the liver and rectifying qi, clearing heat and dissipating masses, dissolving phlegm and dissipating masses, fortifying spleen and dissipating dampness, promoting digestion and removing accumulation, invigorating blood and dissolving stasis.

RESUMO

This paper aimed at comparing the differences of antidepressant effects of Yueju Pill between the Balb/c mice and C57 BL/6 J mice and analyzing the effects on synaptic transmission in mice prefrontal cortex. Healthy adult Balb/c mice and C57 BL/6 J mice were randomly divided into control group and Yueju Pill group. Control group was treated with saline, Yueju Pill group was treated with single dose of Yueju Pill (13.5 g·kg-1) . The forced swimming test (FST) was measured 30 min after administration. The field excitatory postsynaptic potential (fEPSP) and long-term potentiation (LTP) of mice prefrontal cortex were detected by the electrophysiological experiment. In FST, the immobility time of Balb/c mice in Yueju Pill group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.01), and the immobility time of C57 BL/6 J mice showed no remarkable difference between Yueju Pill group and control group (P> 0.05) . In electrophysiological experiment, the percentage of slope of fEPSP in Balb/c mice in Yueju Pill group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.01), while there was no significantly difference in C57 BL/6 J mice between Yueju Pill group and control group (P> 0.05) . The LTP of Balb/c mice in Yueju Pill group was significantly increased than that in control group (P < 0.01), while there was no significantly difference in LTP of C57 BL/6 J mice between Yueju Pill group and control group (P> 0.05) . Yueju Pill may display rapid antidepressant effect via increasing fEPSP and LTP in prefrontal cortex of Balb/c mice and then enhancing the synaptic transmission.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Yueju pills in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders ( FGID) .Methods According to the digital table ,308 patients with FGID were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,77 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional treatment .The treatment group was divided into 3 groups:group 1:flupentixol and melitracen tablets was added on the basis of routine therapy;group 2:Yueju pills was added on the basis of routine therapy;group 3:patients in this group used conventional treatment combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets and Yueju pills .The period of treatment was 6 week, then their clinical symptoms were compared .Results The effective rate in group 1,2,3 was 79.2%,62.3%,94.8%,respectively,which was significantly higher than 19.4% in the control group(χ2 =54.96, 29.24,89.18,all P<0.05);while compared each treatment group ,the total effective rate in group 3 was obviously higher than that in group 1 ang group 2(χ2 =8.27,24.08,all P<0.05),and the total effective rate in group 1 was higher than that in group 1(χ2 =4.09,P<0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Yueju pills are more effective for treating functional gastrointestinal disorders than that of single drugusing .
