RESUMO

Objective To design and implement a planning backup and restore system and evaluate its clinical effectiveness.Methods The default TPS menu of data save (File-Save) and system exit (File -Exit) was replaced by user designed script (Script_Save and Script_Exit) which backup the current planning status in a special format besides performing the normal save and exit operation.The treatment plan can be rolled back to any previously saved backup status in case the data were damaged or,the plan quality was deteriorated in the try and error planning process.Results The save and exit operation was simplified by using the user designed script.An extra disk space of 59.4MB per patient was required to backup the planning process and the backup was performed with no impact to the normal planning operation.1.9% of the plans were restored during the planning process.For all of the restoring operations,65% were performed within 1 day,80% were performed within 1 week,and 87.6% were performed within 1 month.Some restoring operations were even performed 4 months after the planning.Conclusions The designed backup and restore system is clinical applicable and valuable.Clinical using of the system can improve the planning efficiency and patient data safety.

RESUMO

Objective: To analyze the risk of laws and regulation of power failure in clean operating room under the abnormal state, and discusses the problems that related with power supply and guarantee. Methods: Through analyzed operating characteristics of using electric power of instrument in clean operation room and the effect of power failure for clean operation room so as to pointedly propose guarantee measurement for electric power. Results: Back-up power of clean operation room, especially the coordination of uninterrupted power system of online and generator set, could provide electric support for medical equipment that applied for life support when suddenly power failure. Conclusion:The emergency power supply system is determined to guarantee the power supply for clean operation room under emergency state, so as to satisfy the reserved guarantee for the requirement of electric supply in the clean operation room.

Objective:To realize the different disaster recovery of infectious disease net reporting system of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) in the same city.Methods:We adopted B/S/DBMS three-tier architecture to deploy the infectious disease net reporting system in the disaster recovery center, realized data level disaster recovery through the remote replication technology, realized application level disaster recovery through technology of the data asynchronous replicating and transmitted disaster recovery data of the infectious disease net reporting system through asynchronous mode. Results: According to the existing resources, we established different disaster recovery center of the same city, realized the disaster recovery data backup of important information system in the same city, completed the security of software and hardware in information security level protection, and passed the level evaluation of Ministry of Public Security.Conclusion: The establishment of disaster recovery center in the off-sete of same city can make sure the security of the system and data, and ensure the continuity of work efficiency.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the solution to the secure problem of EMR based upon No.1 Military Medical Project.Methods The existing EMR system provides medical records service and the EMR are stored and managed in ordinary or established file format in the database server.Based upon above database characters related to EMR and the requirement of EMR security,the MRBACKUP system was developed to resolve EMR backup,recovery and dump.Results The MRBACKUP system safeguarded the security of EMR in the lowest cost,the least system resources and the highest efficiency.Conclusion The new secure solution to EMR can better resolve the security problems in the widely-used EMR in hospitals.

RESUMO

Objective To construct a safe data-back-up system with disaster-tolerant ability. Methods Based on the concept of data back -up, the paper puts forward several data back -up modes in common use, and carries out corresponding comparison. Results The author synthesized these back -up modes into an ideal, feasible, and highly secure system architecture with disaster-tolerant ability. Conclusion Constructing a safe data-back-up system are becoming the mostly indispensable elements for the hospital informationization. It can avoid the single fault in the hardware level, and also can repair the logical data fault in the software level.

Results In the medical engineering computer system maintenance, the Ghost software has the features of restore completely, high reliability and so on, and also the prominent advantages of convenient, flexible, quickly-operation, time -saving, high effective, economic, practical etc. Conclusion The Ghost software's application in the medical engineering field computer system is worth to exchange and expand.

The purpose of this research which, surveyed target hospitals, was to evaluate job operations by surveying the influences of Quality Improvement (QI) activities in various divisions related to a decrease in their back-up orders. Statistical data analyses were completed using the SPSS 11.0 program. The results can be summarized as follows : Before QI there were 147 cases of back-up orders ; after QI there were 83 cases, decrease of 64 cases. This was 44%, less than the projected goal of 50%. For each item, there was a decrease of 40 nurse cases, 9 patients and patron cases, 9 test.surgery. deliverly cases and 5 doctor cases after QI. The registering of midnight meals was not shown after QI, due to the Order Communication System (OCS) settlement. After performing QI, the average manual operation per month was reduced from 840 minutes to 498 minutes, of which the difference was 342 minutes, and the average of 342 minutes per month could be used for the peculiar operation of each division. This QI activity provided a good opportunity for establishing cooperation among divisions in providing meals to patients through interactions among divisions. It was recognized that these interactions were effective only when medical services were achieved through organized cooperation among divisions. Among the 7 items included on the patient satisfaction questionnaire, "satisfaction with offered menus" (p < 0.01) showed significantly higher scores before QI. However "satisfaction with meal times" (p < 0.01) showed significantly lower scores before QI.

Objective To discuss the influence of Open resetlogs on Oracle database recovery. Methods Database backup was used to recover database before resetlogs. Before Oracle 9i, Oracle database was recovered through two steps; after Oracle10g, Oracle archived redo log by new format. Results Both methods could recover Oracle database by using backups before resetlogs. Conclusion Before Oracle9i, the recovery steps are complex, so it is suggested a consistent database backup should be made after resetlogs. By using the new archived redo log format after Oracle10g, it is easy to recover database through resetlogs.

Objective To make a plan for the backup of electronic medical records. Methods The background of electronic medical records backup was analyzed, and NTBACKUP tool and batch technology were used to realize the backup plan. Results An automatic-execution backup plan raised the security of electronic medical records greatly. Conclusion The automatic-execution backup plan satisfies the basic demands for medical information security, though there is room for further improvement in data synchronization.
