RESUMO

Aim To investigate the role of Xuefuzhuyu decoction ( XFZYD ) combined with EPC in repairing damaged vascular endothelium using traditional Chi-nese medicine way of blood circulation combined with cell therapy. Methods The repaired situation of inju-ried endothelium was observed and the effect of XFZYD on EPC was analysed after the endothelial in-juried rats were gavaged XFZYD and vena caudalis in-jected EPC. Results Compared with EPC group and XFZYD group, the XFZYD joint EPC group ’ s endo-thelial thickness was reduced significantly(P<0. 05). And there appeared more significant role in lowering triglycerides, total cholesterol and increasing HDL lev-els( P<0. 05 ) , the calcium was decreased more sig-nificantly( P <0. 05 ); vascular eNOS protein expres-sion increased significantly(P<0. 05); vascular SDF-1 expression was significantly increased. Conclusion XFZYD can promote EPC repairing damaged endotheli-um, and the mechanism may be relevant to improving the environment and promoting the EPC homing.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the biological basis of phlegm syndrome (Tan Zheng) and blood stasis syndrome (Xue-Yu Zheng) in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) through the dynamic observation of the changes of blood lipid hemorheology and vessel endothelium impairment. Methods: SD rats were divided into fi ve groups randomly: the control group fed by normal diet, four model groups fed by 2-, 4-, 8- and 16-week high cholesterol diet, respectively. The indices of blood lipid hemorheology the level of plasma endothelin (ET) and serum nitric oxide (NO) were detected. Results: Compared with normal control group, serum total cholesterol (TC) and LDL-C levels raised signif icantly after being given hypercholesterol diet for 2 weeks, and this changes lasted till 16 weeks(P

RESUMO

Objective To explore the effect of curcumine on the proliferation and heparanase expression in blood vessel endothelium cells isolated from ovarian cancer tissues. Methods Blood vessel endothelium cells were obtained from pathologically identified ovarian cancer tissues by primary culture. The control group was the normal blood vessel endothelium cells. The experimental groups was treated with curcumine at 2,10,50 and 250 ?g/ml for 24,48 h and 72 h respectively. The cytostasis rate and cell cycle changes of the primarily cultured cells were detected by MTT assay and flow cytometry respectively. The transcriptional and translation levels of heparanase were detected by RT-PCR and immunofluorescent staining. The MDA content and LDH activity in the supernatant were detected too. 0.05). Conclusions HF could not only relax cerebral vessels, reduce the CVR and enhance the CBF, but also dilate the femoral vessels of CVS dogs. Nevertheless, the latter action was much weaker. Furthermore, there was no relationship between effects of HF on vascular relaxation and contraction activity and the blood vessel endothelium.

RESUMO

Objective:To compare the scanning electron microscopic changes of venous endothelium after acute inferior vein thrombosis in rats.Methods:The inferior caval venous thrombosis models were treated with heparin(n=35,group A),urokinase(n=35,group B),and combination of heparin and urokinase(n=35,group C),respectively.Sham group(n=30)was also established.The thrombosed cav-al veins were taken 1,4,7,14,and 28 days after thrombosis.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the damage of endothelial cells.Results:The Results showed that the endotheliurn injury degree was mainlyⅡtoⅢgrade in group B and C whereas it wasⅢtoⅣ grade in group A on day7(P
