RESUMO

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the whole plants of Viola yedoensis. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, as well as on the semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolates were identified by the NMR spectroscopic method. Results Twenty-three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as pubinernoid A (1), (2R,6R,9R)-2,9-dihydroxy-4-megastigmen-3-one (2), 3S,5R-dihydroxy-6R,7-megastigmadien-9-one (3), dehydrovomifoliol (4), blumenol A (5), blumenol B (6), oleanolic acid (7), 2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid (8), 1α,2α,3β-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid (9), 2α,19α-dihydroxyursolic acid (10), 3α-hydroxyfriedel-2-one (11), 7-oxopetrosterol (12), 7-oxositosterol (13), syringaresinol (14), lariciresinol (15), daphneticin (16), umbelliferone (17), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester (18), p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (19), p-hydrobenzaldehyde (20), p-methoxybenzaldehyde (21), p-methoxybenzoic acid (22), and 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural (23). Conclusion Compounds 1-16 and 18-23 are isolated from the genus Viol for the first time, and compound 17 is isolated from the plant for the first time.

RESUMO

Objective: To study the alkaloids from the stems of Nauclea officinalis. Methods: The chemical constituents were separated and purified by silica gel, ODS column chromatography, and preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by UV, MS, and NMR spectroscopic analyses. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the stems of N. officinalis, the structures were identified as 3-R-3,4-dihydroangustoline (1), blumenol A (2), naucleofficine D (3), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline (4), 3-S-3,4-dihydroangustoline (5), latifoliamide D (6), latifoliamide B (7), angustoline (8), 3,14-dihydroangustine (9), 3,14,18,19- tetrahydroangustine (10), 6'-acetyl-strictosamide (11), vincosamide (12), and strictosamide (13). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 4 are obtained from the plants of Nauclea L. for the first time. Compounds 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, and 10 are obtained from N. officinalis for the first time.

RESUMO

The chemical constituents of the water extraction of the aerial parts of Isodon excisoides were investigated by various chromatographic methods including D-101 macroporous adsorptive resins, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and semi-preparative HPLC. As a result, six compounds were separated and purified.By analyses of the HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectra, their structures were determined as 3-O-β-D-allopyranosyl-1-octen-3-ol(1), blumenolA (2), lumichrome (3), loliolide(4), cirsiliol(5) and pedalitin(6). Compound 1 was a new compound, and compounds 2-4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study water-soluble constituents from the seeds Orychophragmus violaceus. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography repeatedly, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical methods. RESULTS: Fifteen water-soluble compounds were isolated from the seeds Orychophragmus violaceus and their structures were identified as blumenol A(1), 3', 5', 5, 7-tetrahydroxylflavanone(2), (+)-catechin(3), quercetin(4), adenosine(5), salicylic acid(6), 2'-deoxy adenosine(7), p-coumaric acid(8), vanillic acid(9), protocatechuic acid(10), caffeic acid(11), syringic acid(12), daucosterol(13), succinic acid(14) and azelaic acid(15). CONCLUSION: All compounds are isolated from Orychophragmus violaceus for the first time. This study can establish the foundation for the classification chemical composition this plant.
