RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extract of 95% ethanol extract from Ajuga ovalifolia var. calantha. Method:A. ovalifolia var. calantha was percolated with 95% ethanol, and the percolate was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the extract. The extract was then dispersed with water and extracted with petroleum ether to obtain the petroleum ether extract fraction and water layer. Then ethyl acetate was used to extract the water layer to obtain the ethyl acetate extract fraction. The Compounds from the ethyl acetate extract fraction were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI column,ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by interpretation of NMR,ESI-MS and other spectral evidence. Result:17 Compounds were isolated and elucidated as bakkenolide-E(1),loliotide(2),isololiotide(3),(E)-linalool-1-oic acid(4),umbelliferone(5),phillygenin(6),1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol(7),(2E)-8-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-2-octenoic acid(8),1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid(9),ajugarin I(10),ajugalactone(11),luteolin(12),20-hydroxyecdysone-2-acetate(13),benzyl-4'-hydroxy-benzoyl-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),harpagide(15),6-deoxy-8-acetylharpagide(16),and acteoside(17). Conclusion:Compounds 1,3-4,6-9,14 were isolated from the plants of Ajuga for the first time, and compounds 2,5,10,13,15-16 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

RESUMO

Aim: To study the antitumor activities of the constituents of Cephalotaxus fortunei distributed in Guizhou province. Methods: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by physical and spectral analysis. Meanwhile, the anti-tumor activities of some compounds were evaluated by sulforhodamine B( SRB) and MTT assay. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), acetylcephalotaxine (Ⅲ), chrysoeriol (Ⅳ), drupacine ( Ⅴ), 1-hentriacontanol ( Ⅵ), 7, 3', 4' -trihydroxyfla-vone (Ⅶ), sugiol ( Ⅷ), cephalotaxine (Ⅸ), wllsonine (Ⅹ), and hainanolide (Ⅺ), respectively. Biological screening results demonstrated that some of the tested compounds exhibited the antitumor activities in vitro. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅵ-Ⅷ were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound Ⅺ has a better inhibitory activity on cell line A549 and K562 .

RESUMO

The preparation and certification of five China Sea and continental shelf sediment reference materials MSCS-1- 5 are reported. The raw samples were collected separately from the East China Sea and the South China Sea. First, they were ground by a ball mill to a homogenous powder of less than 74μm,then these samples was further processed by an ultra-fine processing technique,a jet mill,to form an ultra-fine powder. The particle size distribution of the samples was determined with a laser particle-analyser,their average particle size is < 4μm. The homogeneity was tested by high-precision WD-XRF and the minimum sampling mass is 5 mg,which was confirmed by XRF,ICP-AES and ICP-MS. Twelve laboratories participated in the cooperative study and 60 constituents were determined. 50 and 51 components were certified as certified values and 1 and 2 components as reference values respectively for MSCS-1 and MSCS-2,52 constituents were certified as certified values for MSCS-3,4 and 5. The sum of the major and minor components in the five reference materials MSCS-1 -5 is 99.9% ,99.6% ,100.4% ,100.1% and 99.7% ,respectively.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the vines of Piper hancei for obtaining a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components. Methods Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel and polyamide, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence (IR, UV, MS, (~1H-NMR), (~(13)C-NMR)). Results Nine compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract fraction. Their structures were identified as: futoamide (Ⅰ), trichostachine (Ⅱ), retrofractamide A (Ⅲ), pipercide (Ⅳ), guineensine (Ⅴ), piperine (Ⅵ), piperettine (Ⅶ), piperovatine (Ⅷ), and (2E, 4E)-N-isobutyl-7-(3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-hepta-2, 4-dienamide (Ⅸ). (Conclusion )Compounds Ⅱ-Ⅳ and Ⅶ-Ⅸ are isolated from the plant for the first time.
