RESUMO

Influenza is caused by the infection of RNA influenza virus that spreads through droplets or touch between people or animals. The replication and spread of influenza virus trigger excessive immune response in body, causing some symptoms in respiratory tract, digestive tract and even shock. The strong infectivity has always posed a threat to public health. Screening new anti-influenza drugs and explaining their mechanisms have become the focus of current research. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the new anti-influenza drugs, the article classifies drugs according to the influenza pathogenesis and summarizes Chinese medicine, chemical medicine and combined treatments that have anti-influenza prospects in the present and the future.

RESUMO

Recently, programmed cell death 1/programmed cell death 1 ligand(PD-1/PD-L1)blockade has elicited clinical re-sponses and long-term remissions in a subset of patients with a broad spectrum of cancers. Unfortunately,a substantial number of pa-tients failed to respond to PD1/PD-L1 blockade. In this paper,we summarize our current understanding of the key factors accounting for the difference on treatment, and evaluate the dependability of several potential predictive biomarkers guiding PD1/PD-L1 blockade in cancer therapy. We also discuss a variety of combined treatments based on PD1/PD-L1 blockade.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effects of massaging, piping and blowing for dacryocystitis combining with nursing methods. Methods The three methods above was implemented in a cycling way.Massaging with antibiotic eye drops for new born babies within two months;further piping for babies between two and three months olds;blowing for babies who show no improvement after above methods. Results Four eyes(2.20%) were cured after massaging;eleven eyes(6.25%) were cured after piping;one hundred and sixty one eyes(96.41%) were cured after blowing. Conclusions Baby dacryocystitis should be treated with combined methods and the nursing methods give a very good show during the periods
