RESUMO

[Objective] To mensurate and compare with the mensuration of alkaloid and saponin in the flower,pedicel and bulb of fritillariae thuubergii,make full use of all parts of fritillariae thuubergi.i[Method]To mensurate the mensuration of alkaloid and saponin in the three parts of fritillariae with the twophase titration method and gravimetric method.[Result]The mensuration of alkaloid in the flowers of fritillariae thuubergii is 0.182%,while it is 0.047% and 0.341% in the pedicel and bulb separately,and the mensuration of saponin in the flowers of fritillariae thuubergii is 5.112%,while it is 8.840% and 1.724% in the pedicel and bulb separately.[Conclution] The difference of major component in the fritillariae thuubergii offers the foundation to make full use of the flowers,pedicel and bulb.

RESUMO

[Objective] To measure the nitrogen content in Agrocybe cylindracea R.Maire,compare the advantages of Kai's Nitrogen-testing method and Spectrophotometric method.[Method]Take Kai's Nitrogen-testing method and Spectrophotometric method.[Result]The two methods were almost the same in the measurement of nitrogen,i.e.30.70mg/g,which had no marked difference by t test.[Conclusion]Spectrophotometric method is simple and convenient for operation,quickly and correctly,and can be used for measurement of total nitrogen.

RESUMO

[Objective] To extract and separate polysaccharide from Cordyceps mycelium, and establish content test method of polysaccharide in sample. [Method] Take foramen magnum resin D101 to separate polysaccharide from the zymotic fluid of Cordyceps mycelium, the phenol-SO2 method to measure polysaccharide in sample. [Result] The receiving rate of polysaccharide was 14.2g/L; the content was 70.6% from sample. [Conclusion] The said method is simple, convenient, correct, can be used for separation, purification and content measurement of polysaccharide from the zymotic fluid of Cordyceps mycelium.
